His face is just like Falins, Marcelle probably thinks of Falin every time she sees him, even if they don't look alike. I also think that the drooling one is Chilchuck's, because Chilchuck considers him an idiot. The giant one is probably Senshi's, since it looks the least like him, and Senshi probably just remembers him as the big one in the party. I imagine the Marcelle with lipstick is probably also Senshi's, since he just remembers her as just "the woman" in the parry.

Gaint one is Marcelle, as she's constantly comparing Laios with Falin, and Laios is noticably larger than Falin, which manafested here as Laios as a literal giant compare to everyone else. And yeah, Ugly Marcelle is Senshi's, not because she's a girl, but that she's an Elf, and he views all elfs as ugly, because racism.
What I love about the Shapeshifters is figuring out which Shapeshifter is based on which character’s memories. For example, the giant Laios with the stubble is based on Senshi’s memories, due to Senshi being uncertain about Laios’ age making him look older; as well as him being giant due to Senshi’s perspective from being shorter than Laios (plus, I think Senshi’s helmet would get in the way of looking up). And the blushing Laios is based on Marcille’s memories, due to how he resembles Falin with how he keeps his eyes closed (1:07) and acts airheaded like Falin. While Marcille does have her feelings about Laios (namely that while he does frustrate her to no end, she does care about and trust him), her thoughts and feelings about Laios are very closely tied to Falin, and thinking about Laios seems to make Marcille think about Falin due to them being siblings.

I can't see anyone else who would view Laios as extra tall. Also the extra large Laios seemed pretty daft himself. It would be the monsters interpretation of their memories manifested not the original parties actual thoughts of the person.
well, in liaos' case we know from previous and future comments: the drooling one is chilchuk's he disregards his intelligence a lot and as a result remembers him as a dumb guy without specialized skills, the feminine one belongs to senshi, who as a dwarf sees humans as feminine comparatively, marcelle see's him as a place of stability, and has traveled with him and falin who is a tallman with liaos actually being taller than her making her largest impression being that he is rugged and huge.
1:04 i can easily guess who is seeing Laiose here : -the big one is from the newt because in his perspective, Laiose is the biggest. -the dumb dumb one is from the elf because she always see him as a idiotic person (not cool). - the zombie one is from the dwarf because he's the one who's cooking for everyone. By looking at Laiose always want to taste every monster the team found in its way, he see him as a starving zombie who is ready to eat whatever we serve to him.
Not too sure closed eyed one looks like fallin and laios and his sister share many traits making em similar only ones who knew fallin are chillchuck and Marcille so they would the only onws to makw that connection Marcille usually rejects there similarities so that could easily be chillchucks perspective as he sees the touden siblings as airheads Marcille could easily see Laios as this hyper masculine beef person Chillchuck could also see him that way Senshi sees laios as the only other adult in the group so that could be it too The one obsessed with eating could also be any of them as marcille and Chillchuck are incredibly preoccupied by how much laios loves talking about eating monsters
