- Fu Xuan, has finally arrived in Honkai: Star Rail, and so many of us have been anticipating her official banner release. Today's video is an in-depth guide going over everything about her, including how sustaining abilities work, her best relics and light cones, her insane variety in builds, and more. That also includes a list of F2P Fu Xuan builds, light cones, and teams for players to use.
She's our first 5-star Quantum Preservation unit, and easily one of the best. She's arguably the best solo-sustainer in Honkai: Star Rail right now. Bro you rocking a brain the size of an acorn if you think something with a 2 count self heal as a solo sustain that fu xuan is immune from power creep. I got some gacha history for you my guy, a game called brave frontier and mihoyos history of bullet sponge enemy Power creep. In under 3 years it will take support damage and a mitigation higher than fu xuan you think they're releasing these power creeped units posting double numbers this early doesn't mean exactly what it's meant for every gacha since the beginning of the genre? Pull for fu 110% but don't tell people it's to save them money or reduce the number of pulls lmfao it's sunk cost fallacy and basic joy robbing comparison to long tern f2p that helps sell to new consumers. I'm assuming you're over 18 time to grow up and start thinking like it.
Got her e1 and with 4* ligthcone first time cleared moc 8-10 on autoplay
Got her in one 10 pull but I was at pity and I got 2 lynx aswell 😅
If you guys don't know when to replenish her skill, it's when the symbol below the team is flickering. That means the next turn, your skill duration expires.

it's kinda surprising that I don't have a problem keeping up her ultimate without the energy regen rope cleared moc 10 without even having a problem on her ult and HP. although I'm using her sig LC so that really helps a lot. yeah if you have her sig LC you really don't need ER rope just slap the HP rope for more tankiness. you just need to do her rotations right.
Do u really not need err with her lc?
Coz I'm planning on early building my jingliu team with the most HP team and HP rope fuxuan really helps that
@@razergarcia6323 yes I'm not having a problem on her ult uptime I even just spam her ult even though my stacks is full as long you have her sig LC and 134 spd minimum. but if you don't you might need ER rope instead. My fu xuan is currently rocking 9.2k HP and 1.8k defense spd is 138.

Maybe you mispoke but Fu Xuan's lightcone doesn't decrease the damage your teammates take. It increases the damage your team deals. Great video though!

Lost my 50/50 and have exhausted all sources of jades up to this point so I'm fully relying on the new jades and special passes we may get before she leaves.
Managed to get E1S1 Fu Xuan. I love the E1 as its a 10% dmg increase. Plus i love the fact that Fu Xuan's AI is smart. She would use her skill only when its about to expire.
I love the Idea behind 4pc longevous. My e1 fu xuan has 6700HP with 1700 def and a 50/118 critratio wich goes up to 78/168 in combat through seteffects and the matrix. She really is a jack of all traits master of none and she does it masterfully
Apparently Dmg Reduction doesn’t stack like Def does, so I’m just going normal one Def piece and two piece set for defence 15% up. Most my substats are HP and Def along with Effect Resistance.
Probably gonna use Landau's Choice for now. I have it as S2, other option would be S1 Day One. As for textures, it will take 9 long weeks to S5 for me =/
Totally unrelated to topic of video, when did you start uploading in 1440p? It's my current resolution, so I am always happy when I see it as an option ^_^
My account is still super new and basically needs a lot of everything right now.
In the short time I had, I prefarmed some relics and materials and it instantly payed off once I had her.
My current lvl limit is 70 and she rocks a solid 7.5k hp and has above 120 speed.
I love my preservation fire mc, but f*cking hell did my account just take a giant leap in terms of survivability by getting the Goat Diviner.

I’m siting at about 58 pulls for 50/50 and hoping I get her. Taking your advice for my account and trying to get her since right now I only have Bailu to sustain. So far I’ve just been keeping Bailu on my Kafka team and putting Natasha on my Seele team.

Apparently I didn't get a choice. I had 30 pulls I was going to do for getting Lynx and was going to continue to save after for Jingliu...... on the last 10 pull I got 2 Fu Xuan.... So I'm guessing I'm building her instead. What a time to be alive. lol.

Heyo! I heard a def piece would be better than full hp% due to diminishing returns, should I go hp% anyways since I've gepard's lc or should I consider using a def piece instead of hp?
Imo if you have his LC plus some more def subs on your artifacts then yeah I’d go for the hp instead. From what I hear, the def piece is only slightly better than full hp so you definitely don’t want to go too hard into def. I’d rather have too much of the stat that she scales on instead of the stat that she doesn’t.

Fu xian ability dmg reduction is working untill ,she not gonna die.
Which means you use once and rest spam basic and ultimate whats does mean ?
She is Sp positive. Perfect defensive sustain for weak of defense Dps as a booster.
She has autohealing yourself so % of her killing is practicly 1% chance to die. With max stats ofcourse.
65% dmg reduction is enough to not kill your supports with max defense they are unbeatable practicly with Luocha she create immortal team and full positive. For Sp eater dps.❤
I got her and her weapon in less than ten pulls omgomgomgomg this never happens to me, got her in 6 pulls and got her wep in 3 pulls both were around 0-8 Pity 😍😍😍😍

Thanks for the guide I pulled her on my first 30th pull and with the texture of memories I was able able to build 7.1k HP 1.5k Defense 60% Effect resistance and 14% Err and 129% speed glad I didn't have to pull for her light cone 27k jade saved up for Jing Liu

@@Iyoverse No it all thanks to you For recommending Texture of memories and saving my jade for upcoming characters With 7.1k HP 1.5k Defense and with shield from light cone she barely goes down because she gets enough time to heal back at that point her sig light wouldn't make much of a difference
Update got 7.2k HP and 1.6k Defense had to give up on effect resistance from 60% now 52%
@HoneyBee-nm6hl That's still pretty good. I got around 60% effect res but her DEF is pretty low around 1.2K I need a better HP body piece with DEF sub stats
@@WestProZ17 Yeah luckily I got these subs from when I was farming for Blade and fire MC all of em got double defence or HP with effect resistance glad I kept those in my inventory my only bad piece is HP body with double Atck will see if I can get better otherwise I get 7.5k HP in battle with her buff
Well I fail to get SW but got Luocha instead, does that mean there's no urgency to pull her because I can't build mono quantum? Cuz everywhere I look she always paired with SW...
She is absolutely not tied to SW and really she can fit into any team. Since you have luocha, do you also have gepard or bailu? If not then I’d say go for her. If you do have them you should probably take some more time to consider if she’s worth it for your account. Maybe wait until the final days of her banner to decide. She’s pretty busted with or without SW and still a great pull even if you have luocha.
Thanks for the advice. Well that's the thing, I don't have both Gepard and Bailu but I managed to get Lynx right before touching Fu Xuan pity (my pity is 72 atm). Seeing that we won't get new Preservation/Abundance in near future and I'm currently targeting Clara to choose in regular banner makes me pretty conflicted whether to pull for FX or not@@coldbacon4869
I got her under 40 pulls and her LC in 10!
Your main priority on building her is her survivability. Slap those HP% and def% on her that are gathering dust and cobwebs in your inventory. My FX has 7.7k hp and she rarely dies now. I sacrificed a bit of def on her for speed so she only has 1.4k def. I just want her to be fast. She only dies in torturous swarm with 5+ planar whatever and she's the first to die. Adding a healer just adds her survivability more. If you have any healer like Bailu or Luocha, she'll survive, if none, build Lynx.
Would you recommend pulling fu xuan or saving for a luocha rerun?

Iyo I discovered something you may find interesting you might not ever see this but it turns out Mommy Fu's Talent ability CAN activate more than twice in a fight actually it can keep going as long as you meet the energy requirements to keep uptime on her ultimate. I fought Phantylia and it activated like 5 times she died because she isn't built yet but It's totally possible. Figured I let you and everyone know I wonder how many people know this already.....
You mean the heals? Yee, definitely activates more than twice! It's based on however many of those orbs you get when using her ultimate.

my plan is atleast 10k hp for her, I have 10k hp bailu with 50something+%outgoing healing, my team is already immortal and I plan to make it more immortalier. but it will be a long building process, my stamina isn't fast enough to recharge to farm for her.
10k HP make sure you push her around 2k DEF so it balances out the values, then you're gonna have one of the best Fu Xuan's on the market.

i'm f2p, took trend of universal market off my fire trailblazer and put it on fu xuan. probably gonna get the pres lightcone next outta herta. i got IL last time so got the destro one first. I am still of the opinion that f2p should never pull for light cones. got an err rope just vibing out
Everything I’ve seen from the Asian server players so far heavily leans into her signature lightcone. You can build her without it. But she won’t be the solo sustain or sub DPS you were dreaming of.
She can still solo sustain with Landau's or MoM, it just means that she isn't as good when supporting Blade or Clara.
She can be as long your DPS fast enough to kill enemy, so far thats my observation in general. 2 sustain are ideal since she give some buff to the team, replace 1 harmony won’t hurt too much.

@@Synchronizebudthat’s the case for every solo sustain. It’s about how consistent and safely done it is for your account. Not everyone has crazy DPS characters with relics and eidolons. A lot of free to play players will not be able to pull off solo sustain fu xuan.

i dont think she can solo sustain on many situation, her major problem come to a situation where the team is on clutch where healer or shielder has an emergency option to offer while she is not.
you can even see in the video iyo teams die and he cant even convincingly said Fu Xuan can solo sustaining in the game.

Naaaah I wouldn't say all that. Lynx is absolutely cracked to have, especially if you have Blade or Clara. Lynx + Destruction units are going to run the meta once it gets discovered.

Landau's Choice > ToM. This is based on CN experts. Much better utility, no point being pointlessly tanky when the rest of the team dies.
Both of those LCs create scenarios where the rest of the team dies in real game applications. While I don't think Landau's sucks, I ain't using it over ToM, personally, unless there's a substantial difference between S1 Landau vs S5 ToM. Which there isn't. If there is tho... I'd love to see the CN experts data and in-game results on this. It'd be pretty interesting to read and compare.

@@chilly2171 ToM could be a 4 star and it would be the exact same thing, the rarity has no bearing when ToM is completely free to get and S5 whereas Landaus is gacha. S5 Landaus is better but S5 ToM is significantly easier to get unless you whale on weapon banner or something. If they called Fire Trailblazer a 10 star unit it wouldn't be relevant because you get them for free anyway.

I haven’t reached 10 pulls on the lightcone banner yet and gave up when I realize Dan Heng lightcone might not be worth it.
Fu Xuan is good but she's extremly weak against enemies that can reduce max HP sadly.
Was hoping she could solo sustain all contents but still very strong anyway.
Pair her with Lynx maybe
Gonna have to make some sacrifices on that team if they aren't able to wipe out the enemies before she goes down.
