Somehow everyone forgets that unless enemy boss has wind toughness, you may use Sampo's skill only once and then proceed to only normal attacks, because with 66% EHR it is impossible to lose wind shear stacks even if Sampo just use NAs. So he is actually more SP neutral, and if you use Kafka and Asta, your healer may do whatever they want. And if they don't, you may also use Asta's skill, because why not
@@PhoenixBlazer39 also bleed, he is the only character for now who can apply it on skill. It scales from enemy hp, so it may be more beneficial against strong enemies. Also his normal attack is more powerful and his talent activates up to 85% of bleed on enemies iirc
Sampo is pretty skill point efficient because all of his attack proc wind shear anyway, you don't have to skill with him every turn. Plus his ult buffs dot so I really like using him with Kafka.
Sampo and Kafka with dupes is scary. Put a Loucha there to keep them alive and gepard to keep them shielded. They'll kill anything and have a low risk of death.

First I wanna say that I think I like this live guide more than the non live ones Then when I pulled for Kafka the first day of her release I got my first double five stars pull being her lightcone after Bronya's and I'm thinking about e6ing her before pulling for anyone else (might change though) And lastly one thing I kinda "doscovered" while playing with Kafka and dot in general and I never saw it in any guide is that you want an ice character that can freeze the enemy (especially March 7th or Gepard since they're preservation and can run the lightcone that burns the enemy that attacks them) because that way the enemy will take two turns in rapid succession and take a crap ton of dot
Yeah, dot with freeze can be really powerful. But currently the most reliable source of freeze is E1 Geppy, which isn’t accessible to most people and even with that it’s not as reliable with a typical Gepard who wants mostly Def and Spd. Then again, a E1 Gepard who also has his signature LC and enough EHR substats and chunky shield can definitely be a viable alternative to any healer in the Kafka team.

I think the only thing I want to say about Sampoo is that he also apply wind shear with his autos so in a triple dot team or with asta you can use sampoo as a sp positive unite and let other units spam skills more frecuently.
freeze is a really good debuff for dot teams bcs enemies use their turn to recover from freeze and still take the dot damage. i use march for my sustain so she can shield and freeze too
Definitely like the on stream vid, def feel more personable and less robotic, i would love future guide to remain like this if they are what you prefer to do also.

And I adore the team match up. Maybe Xlice said that because he's a whale or because he's a meta slave, idk. But I know Serval and Kafka work well together and there are plenty of others who've said they do too. So all due respect to Xlice - love him - but people should use who they like. And I like Serval.

when i saw the chance to resist on the bosses being 40%, with kafka's base chance 100% to shock i immediately subscribed and liked because i haven't seen other guides talking about it and I'm like this video seriously gonna be good
I like how there are many ways to build kafka, tbh for me my kafka starts at 121 spd but ramps to 135 after all the PAYN stacks and it’s not much of a damage loss even if you miss 1 extra turn in the first cycle of the first wave cause I run atk boots. Makes it also easier to speed tune everyone else on the team.
One thing I was considering about Serval is to build her pure Break Effect. With the Thief of Shooting Meteor set and a classical critical build she’s amazing to tear the shields apart and giving extremely good shocks on enemies then allowing Kafka to detonate big shocks. Alongside with Shampoo (No need to use his skill, his basic applies Wind Shear and triggers Kafka’s talent ehe) and Luocha, they make an amazing combo!
Serval's DOT damage is from the side on Break DPS, not as dedicated DOT. She's more a hybrid crit/break DPS, and that break damage has potential for Kafka's dot detonation.
I liked this guide because you answered questions in chat that I also had. My Kafka build is currently half assed because I just throw some left over relics that I got from farming for Jing Yuan and she slaps. I was able to snag her Lightcone tho so maybe that was a big upgrade.
sampo is actually better because his normal atk applies and refreshes wind shear and he ends up being more skill point efficient in most content especially multi target. theoretically luka can do more dmg but when u actually use him with kafka he feels much clunky and worse to play because of his single target skill and burst, i say that because ive maxed both him and sampo out to test them with kafka.
Haven't gave her anything lvl 80 max traces because i rather trust mr pp on how to build Edit: somehow as a f2p i got exactly kafka bailu bronya silverwolf lol.(And yanqing with welt) Silverwolf E1 with lightcone... So i guess i suceed to build a bit of a whale team!!!
What do you mean you don't need crits for Kafka? You showed a Kafka, Asta and Tingyun team, who's supposed to be doing the damage?? Kafka that's who. And of course crits are the best way to get that. There is only one best Kafka set and that is 3k attack, 60% crit rate and 140% crit damage with 134 speed. This means near perfect relics but this is the singular best set for Kafka which makes her hyper carry. At E0.
i got 154 base speed, i only had to do the electric gear ruins for like 11 times, 2 piece ss and 4 electric pieces, i got fucken god rolls and they all have atk %, but short 4% ehr and no crit or other good stats
What people dont talk about is that if your running hypercarry kafka, if you dont have sw, gnsw light cone will either have 1 debuff if you use tingyun and bronya which even at s5 is 24% dmg bonus or you run asta and possibly have 2 debuffs with astas burn and kafkas shock and get 2 stacks, so its pretty dificult to get all 3 stacks for gnsw if you dont have sw and are running hypercarry
sampo is super skill point positive on bosses. you skill once on first rotation then basic the rest of the way through the fight to update his wind sheer stacks or force his burst faster. the only time hes point negative is when you're against waves of little enemies but kafka does enough damage against those on her own with the dot vulnerability he gives
kafka is sick because out of every main dps she definitely has the highest staying power, because as long as we keep getting strong dot characters shes gonna be popping off

Let me set the scene in my room: I was a moron who tried to run up pity and ended up winning a 50/50 on the Blade banner. I now know never to do that especially as a free to play, because I now had an E1 Blade, which I'm not THAT upset by, but limited free jade sources left. Then comes, Sunday evening, scrapping the bottom of the barrel for free jades by finding random achievements to do. Got enough for one last 10 pull. No Kafka. Killed all the remaining Formidable foes. Stormed through Simulated Universe World 7. (Nihility path goated btw). Got enough for 5 more pulls. 4 tickets, no Kafka. It was my last f2p ticket. 80 pity. I was on the verge of opening my wallet. The cope was setting in. it was time for the final F2P ticket pull. I forget to look at the floating ticket to catch if it was a 5 star or not (you can tell if it has a weird rainbow effect on the opposite side), then an achievement pops up for getting 20 characters, well, I know it's a new character I don't have at least, still coping. THE DOORS WERE GOLDEN. POM-POM SHOVED OUTTA THE WAY. MY GOD POOR POM-POM! MAKE A MENTAL NOTE TO PAT HIM LATER. BUT OH MY GOD. THE 50/50 IS HERE. IT'S HAPPENING RIGHT NOW. Between "Good night and sleep well" lvl 1 and "Fermata" upgraded lvl 5 which is better ? i think it would be a great thing to implement as "Fermata" is a light cone that can be easily upgraded as a F2p player
Fermata s5 and good night and sleep well are very similar except gnasw gives a little more dmg and fermata gives break effect stats, generally id say stick with fermata until you get s2 of gnasw

Main dps kafka, himeko to apply aoe burn with passive, Asta to so the same and increase spd, and Gepard to freeze and defend. Would it be better to use sampo over himeko or is she comparable?

shampoo's wind sheer is on all his attacks so if vs 1 enemy you can just normal attack spam

my brain jamming when i saw my kafka have 88% EHR when i dont even finish building her...when i checked my relic almost all have 16% EHR lol
So in essence, Kafka E0 with all of her major and minor traces unlocked only needs around 10% EHR?

i use a variation of this, Kafka, Silver Wolf, Bailu but instead of focusing on Kafka, i just have her pick up the final damage with Seele in the mix

Actually kafka with Ascension 1 trace means that ult doesn't do 90% but 247+% because the shock state will turn to everything

I'd personally go with Fermata S5, since it's already fully superimposed and it fits well with her kit 😊.

Gnsw is overated, if you use hypercarry kafka without other dot characters, you cant get the 3 stacks without sw so i think fermata is wayy better

How team kafka- sampo- bronya- loucha. Sampo fastest, then loucha- kafka- and bronya. Bronya boost kafka so she attacks again after attacking before bronya.
