- For some reason I've always adored the 3 marker challenge, way more than any other art challenge I've tried. I always seem to go back to it when I'm particularly unsure of what I feel like making. Maybe I'll try those promotional Copic 3 marker challenges one day.

Sad thing is, I don't think I could have picked better colors if left to my own devices. I'm so pleased with the random colors here! Another reason why the 3 marker challenge is my favorite art challenge. :>

Your art is like, literally the best I've ever seen. I really do love your work and I hope you can keep makin' vids cuz honestly I don't have any inspiration without them lol.
I love your art! The way you use the markers truly astounds me! All the colours are blended together with ease. Even with a minimal amount of colour selections, you manage to make your art pop. It really stands out from the crowd. The only thing I could possibly think about marking you off on is a slight lack of definition. Could do with a smudge more. Apart from that, you shouldn’t even worry about improving. You’re world class.

Also you can dab the sticky side on a tissue to make it a little less sticky before you put it down.

I really like the commentary in this video, even though you're sick (I hope you feel well) it doesn't sound overly scripted as your other videos and that your actually talking
The only videos I script are ones about topic stuff because I have to be sure of exactly what I'm saying. People are very sensitive in those videos and often try to skew the words or meanings. :( So I have to be more careful and take extra precautions. I hate it. XD;
LemiaCrescent Oh, of course that's understandable
The advantage to a cream tone off white masking tape is it does not disrupt the colour perception and colour relativity of your artwork. The blue of the painters tape really disrupts your colour perception. I lay masking tape on my pant leg and pull off it becomes less sticky once it gets a few fivers and dust but still tends to work well for masking. So there is a good reason not to use coloured tape when painting. Of course in a three colour challenge it makes little difference. Great job overall, nice video. Get well soon.
+ValasaFantastic It's funny, if anything I think it helps me out. When I use the blue tape I tend to have a bit deeper or richer color. It's easier to white wash the coloring with everything being white (for me anyway). I wonder how other people feel about it. :)

So glad I clicked on this. I'd been skipping your videos for quite a while now, because I don't care for the "controversial topic" type stuff you've been doing. I know that's just my perception, and a lot of other viewers enjoy those. But I'm very happy to catch this more relaxed style where you just talk about the art. :)

Ha seasonal depression. I have that too. I get depressed in the winter, spring, summer, and fall. Or wait is that just regular depression? I think my brain thinks the past 5 years was the same season.

Hi! New subscriber here! Love the art, but just a little tip : on your thumbnail, if you can, try blurring out the final drawing or not showing it at all! It gets people interested in the video, because they want to see the final product, we want to see your art. That way we have to watch the whole video(, or at least skip to the end if you want to spare time) to see your magic.
I guess you could say it’s some form of clickbait, but it’s the good kind.
Anyways, love the challenge ( and all challenges in general ), the colors and art and your voice!

I’m genuinely a fan of all your beautiful pieces but out of curiosity.. why say 3 marker challenge , list all 3 random markers that were chosen and show end product in the title and thumbnail? Unfortunately I didn’t see a point to watching the video and it’s a bit disappointing seeing how you’ve been absent a while. :/ but still lots of love and hopefully you can take this comment as an observation from a viewer and not a hate comment. I really hope you don’t take offense >.
+Gen Gen Eh, I like to show people what they're getting. Everytime I see a silhouette and a question mark I'm always 100% disappointed I clicked and wasted my time. Lol it may be mean but I always feel deceived because if I saw a real thumbnail I would have entirely avoided.
I get a lot of comments about people telling me they don't even watch the art, they listen and draw on their own as I ramble. I often wonder if it even matters that I draw something, but I gotta include a visual as it's a video website. Lol
LemiaCrescent I can totally see your point but personally I'm on the "I want to get surprised with what it's going to look like" side when it comes to videos. Otherwise my attention span tends to drop drastically and if I already know the outcome, my curiosity vanishes. Unless it's some really advanced and complicated realism, then I'm curious how it could even get there. :D I watched this one though and I think you did the best that could be done with these awesome colors!
