@@Underhills always used a beanie and knee pad, then moved to a helmet. No hair loss, but do have neck issues today. Yoga and mobility excercises are a regular part of my life today, though. In addition to good diet and frequent fitness/excercise. I will not do head spinning ever again, tho 😁
