- Note there are a few recipes for these out there in Lithuanian. I have not seen any English-language recipes for these.

Recipe (serves 4)
---------------------------
(dough)
500ml flour (about 2 cups)
1 egg
1 pinch salt
enough water
(filling)
350g blueberries
3T sugar (can be adjusted to taste)
1t vanilla sugar
Some people also add 1T flour to thicken up the filling
In a smallish mixing bowl, mix the filling ingredients together and set aside.
In another bowl, mix the salt and flour, and hten add the egg. Kneed in a bit of water maybe 1-2T at a time until a pliable ball of dough forms. Cover and set aside for an hour.
Set your water on to boil and add a bit of salt.
Roll the dough thin (most recipes say 3mm but I go for much thinner, maybe 1-2mm). You can roll out sheets an then cut with a glass or roll them out Chinese-style like I did for the Kuldonai recipe.
To form the dumplings put a few blueberries in each circle (for the circular ones cut by a glass, I used 4 blueberries), fold over and seal by pressing the edges together.
Fill with a modest amount of filling (don't overfill!).
Boil for 5-7 minutes. Serve with sour cream. - Jak na to + styl
You forgot to show how to make the actual dumpling.
Thanks! I suppose at this point the best I can do is add more to the description.
