What should I do to this quad? Suggestions are wanted! I blurred out parts of the quad because the previous owner installed custom made brackets and panels that had bad sign on them. Please try to ignore them. They will be covered up and replaced next video. IDK why the previous owner would put those on his quad.

You should race this and the 100hp Yamaha Banshee
You know the hubs for those holeshot tires was with the parts that came with it just wanted to make sure u were aware of it, love ur videos man there always fire cant wait to see the next one. I think u should put a rear shock in and put the hole shots on it and smaller sprocket but don't put the wheelie bar on it cause u couldn't go through trails if you wanted to. I think it dont need it it's not going to help just get in the way. Cant wait for next video of this man this is Steve from New Jersey saying you rock bro keep making bangers man later my dude.

Make into a regular banshee man and put a regular banshee motor in it get rid of the crappy swing arm and make it stock and then sell it for 4k$ banshees go for stupid cash
Put a stock banshee rear control arm on it with a widened Axle
The smaller wheels are gonna make that huge rear sprocket very close to the ground

hey i'm big into snowmobiles just wanted to provide some insight here, a twin piped 600 should be spinning at about 9000-9500 rpm it sounds like maybe 7500 if that currently your probably losing about 15-20hp lol, swingarm has been extended to extend the wheel base obviously so it doesn't wheelie i wouldn't even think about shortening it. the reason it was breaking lose was probably because it has no rear suspension usually when you have rear shocks they will turn that acceleration force into compression but since there's nothing there to take it up it just breaks lose. they may have taken the shock out because it did not fit with that engine in there keep that in mind. probably doesn't help your on mud lights on the road too lol as for the clutching thing i would give bmp, speedwerx, or give the maker of the pipes a call explain your set up to them and get them to send you weights for the primary good luck👍🤙

Ive seen even tweakers make a better pipe design than that!
I know some tweakers and it would never make it that far you can trade that thing for a lot of meth lol

Love the laeger sticker, it’s completely badass set aside from the rfy shocks. They’re super cheap eBay suspension that snaps. I wouldn’t trust them at all man, for your safety try and find some stock suspension or works
Also the swastika near the left foot peg isn’t very cool
man i absolutely love that thing. that is worth hanging onto. It hardly needs anything, i would put some drag tires on it and take it to your closest local drag strip and see what it can do, with the clutch and swingarm thats on it, it is basically useless off road, at least as it sits now.

The symbol being blurred is a German Cross. Closely related to the maltese cross wich is used in many different things including firefighting and medical

It’s prob 90 to 100 hp because most snowmobile engines over 600cc are that

That’s badass. I’m working on a skidoo 617 on a Polaris trail boss frame right now and I’m running into an issue with getting the pipes in a good spot. It’s definitely a bit of a challenge with dual exhausts
I'm thinking of making a dead trap or of a sportsman frame that I have laying around probably going to be a 670 rotax but the clearance for the pipe is just insane because of the expansion chamber can I put it after a longer tubing from the headers? I know I cannot get rid of it and I will probably turn the exhaust down so it's easier to work with

Jesus joe this thing is mental great build though it defo has the careful with me or you die scenario right enough lol I think put shock on it with smaller wheels and some minor improvements and it will defo be badass awesome video man stay safe mate 👍👌🔧🔧🔧
Beautiful machine the guy did a good job building it only downside since he didn’t use rubber to mount the engine That machine will vibrate like crazy until one day those engine mounts fail from cracking at the welds..stay safe on that beautiful death trap lol

I definitely think you should make a different bracket for a shock it could help with the rear end not being so stable with that bar and a shock should be much better..

Thats because people elsewhere in the world actually value things they put this much time and money in to... you dont see stuff like this for sale often, even in the US (im not from the us), you gotta be looking at the right time. Usually when people build stuff like this it stays with the person who built it until they run out of money and are forced to sell, the machine is no longer useable to that person or they get older and dont find that style of machine suitable for thier needs any more.
The main reason you (we) think its common place is because thats what the internet exposes us to when in reality they are far and few between. Take car vlogs for example, best parts, top hp, finished build in a couple months when in reality for anyone whos not an "influencer" those builds would take the better part of a couple years.

In Poland somethings people engine swap Chinese quads with sport bike engines like 600cc or 1000cc

Feel like the long swing arm setup would be good maybe on a dirt track drag race setup. Or you probably need some drag slicks on it and take it to the track!

Snowmobile muffler usually held on with metal loop each side and springs not welded
theres nothing else but not moving or flying like a bat outa hell on that thing

But that thing would smoke about anything in a short drag race
Without rear suspension, you'll never be able to get the rear end to hook up. Maybe there's something you can do about the huge clutch cover, too? As you sit on the machine, you'd never be able to get off the machine quickly! Looking forward to seeing what you do to the screaming Banshee next 👍🇺🇸
Totally not true I build 30hp motorized bicycles that are 100% rigid from the front end to the rear with 3 inch wide tires weighing a total of 100lbs and I can get my stuff to hook up. It's ALL ABOUT the gearing. He's running a huge rear sprocket which is already gonna throw alot of torque to the gear and then he's got a HUGE torque converter on it which triples the torque. If he gets a smaller sprocket dropping like 10-15 teeth he'll start to notice a huge difference in traction he'll also gain top end speed. Then he can dial that in how he likes it
There is a huge CVT aka torque converter under that cover so he probably won't be able to do anything about that!
It’s a drag quad and as far as the fastest you should prob go to some quad drags there’s always banshees and there all same sled motores stretched low bars it’s a straight drag sled and looks like it’s been in some races I found a few vids with this quad I’m assuming by the guy you got it from
Hey 2 vintage I got a question I got a 2007 trx 450r and the coolant is boiling or it sounds like it’s bubbling when I ride it hard do you know what can cause that? Btw love your channel👍
It's hot. Make sure your rad is in good shape and your water pump is working proper. Go over the whole cooling system as maintenance. Fresh coolant etc.
They have a pulling class here where I live to do like tractor pulls

I had a 06 Arctic Cat 900 two-stroke I can only imagine if that engine was in there it did 117 miles an hour stock. Definitely would need the wheelie bar.
2cylinder or three cylinder? Planning a similar project with a sportsman frame and don't have an engine yet

Please no shock. That defeats the purpose of a drag build. The rear will just squat instead of getting the power to the ground. Its not built to go off roading.
It’s been a year since u posted that but Jesus that might pretty dumb it NEEDS shocks in the rear they just need TUNED correctly an it would be faster then it is now

There called snomo if you follow dirt drags you'll see alot of them .there was just a big race in Ohio this weekend. Last time I was there there was a 3wheeler with a triple an a 100 shot of nitrous. 300ft in 3sec
