Andrew when you start to do vlogs, do drives to places like Vilaflor and Santiago del Tiede and have a walk around the towns too. Also you could do the Capital and La Laguna or up Tiede national park again a mix of a drive and a walk around with commentary, lol thats what I think you should do anyway.
Soon, i am up to my neck in things with the cars at the moment with cancellations now thrown into the mix 😕
I like probably everyone else cant believe the decision to include the Canaries in the "do not travel" list. How can a set of islands a thousand miles from the mainland be included in th is? I really still hope to be there in September and i really hope to not cancel our car with Andrew
@@TheKnightStrider A ridiculous decision made by the British government to stop people going to the Canaries. it makes no sense, not much better here in Ireland but we are hoping that the Canaries will be added to our green list before we are supposed to fly in September, we will just have to see, if our flight is going we will be on it.

I used to always have my steak well done too. I just wanted to make sure it was cooked! But now I like some pink in there (ooer missus!).

Couldnt agree more! UK locked down late, had a loose none strict lockdown, and have introduced masks only 3 months late...laughable, got more chance catching it at a beach in the UK! But he is getting what he wants, people to stay in the UK and keep the money in the UK! Crazy!

Been to the chill out restaurant a couple of times good food, But when I was there, there was a terrible toilet smell each time🤢nothing to do with the restaurant but I think it was cameing from near the tunnel but put me off a bit had to leave my food😩 But as I say nothing to do with the restaurant👍 the frosted glass is the Holy grail Lee, bet it wasn't €1🍺😇🤣🤣great video again Lee & Andrew love the music to the frosted glass 🍺👏👍love seeing the beach behind you wish I was on it now 🏖 all this rain is getting to me 🌧☔✈🧳😎🌞🌞

Great vlog again mate. Have you considered reviewing a tapas place? . We go to one called El Pincha, it’s about 10 minutes before you get to the chill out place. It’s great and the spanish ladies who run it are a right laugh. We seen Chris Kamara in there last year, unbelievable!!

Chill Out is in Los Cristianos, as is the majority of Las Vistas. Vista Sur complex is where Los Cristianos finishes and becomes Las Americas.

Love the cocktails (gin martini in particular) at this place BUT what a nightmare way of covering the menu! We like to peruse and decide, I'd have forgotten most of it by the time they'd finished on their iPad.
Depending on where I eat I'll eat well done and medium well done. I love carmelized onions and rib burgers. Andrew didn't get orange Fanta what happened???? The burger and sandwiches looked great 👍👍👍👍👍 Frosty Pint!!!👍👍👍👍👍 I hate mayonnaise as well!!!

Wow, that’s empty for end July/August. Fear for all the businesses large and small and the poor Canarian people, the majority over there live a simple life anyway and the knock on effect will be felt throughout 😢😢😢
I’ve met some wonderful people in Tenerife over the years and I hope that they are safe and well and that the businesses on the Island can survive. I also hope that the Spanish Government gives those people, communities and businesses the support that they need. I am also very aware of the increasingly high levels of poverty, unemployment and associated issues in the UK which I see on a daily basis.
groy62 yep, I lived on the Island first in the mid 90’s for 3 years and then 2002 for another couple of years and knew a lot of people during my time both ex pats and Canarian. I just can’t imagine how they are coping financially over there, but I have to admit I don’t know how the Spanish Government are supporting these people. I wonder who will support the ex-pats with business? No-one I assume? I’ve lived on the Island during quiet times and seen businesses suffer, but this is just devastating. 😢

The government's new ruling on Spain is so infuriating. Spain has an infection rate lower than Blackburn ffs! I feel so sorry for people trying to enjoy their holiday and stressing about their employment situation when they return.

Hope others complain to the FO to get this quarantine quashed as it makes no sense - so guys get emailing and demand an explanation, so we can take advantage of The MacMasters hard work.
Mark Bailey Do you honestly think the FO gives a damn about your email, you have as much chance of getting them to change their policy as you do of becoming a professor of astrophysics. Only a total moron would have considered booking a foreign holiday over the last few months. FO advice is necessary because people are too stupid to educate themselves and make the right decisions without it.

Looks great there walked by many times. The hubby always had his steak well done, for one our first dates he took me for a meal and I had steak med/rare and he had the same, he admitted later in the date he was to embarrassed to order well done in front of me, but has never had a well done steak again 👍. Hope the new non essential travel doesn't stop you going next month ☀️🍺

Looks really nice but following the Governments new ruling today bringing all the islands into the same position as the mainland you just cannot get insurance to cover you for Spain , so should anything go wrong you are not covered so you are mad if you consider Spain and the islands this year.
Please keep these opinions to yourself, its unfair to put somone off going to Spain or the islands if they wish to! As it stands people have more chance of catching it at Bournemouth beach than they do on a beach in the canaries!
@@TheKnightStrider They are not my opinions they are fact, government changed the advice this afternoon and my cousin is a insurance claims handler and says without insurance as almost all companies have withdrawn covid cover , he says that it could also affect the policy completely health property ect, and that is the lay of the land, Easyjet, TUI, and Jet2 say you can rebook free of charge Ryanair say they are Flying go or lose your money, or pay to change your flight so people will need to judge for themselves but this virus spreads rapidly in the community as you can see in Catalonia this weekend , and that is all fact.

We visited on our last trip a while ago was recommended by the reps in the hotel food was great couldnt fault it top marks.

The latest UK news about travelling to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands is not well understood... on the islands most holiday areas are not next to big cities where many people live, they are actually areas with which most are tourists who enjoy a rest period and then march, and right now these places are not crowded because of the situation that has occurred... in hotels people do not live permanently and open areas are sufficient 😔The cases of coronavirus in the Canary Islands are few and hospitals are not collapsed or anything
