LEVELING 125 YEAR OLD FLOORS (Ep. 7): Termite damage!!

Our house was a rental home for many years before we bought it, so several maintenance things were neglected. The house had termites that made the house start to sag the further you walked towards the back of the house. So, in order for us to move forward, we were forced to level the floors the best we could. We have some beautiful bamboo flooring that we bought (special order return...so excellent pricing!) five years ago. I have been dying to see these floors down and not in the boxes anymore (we have moved them so many times during construction....they weigh 70 pounds per box!). It wasn't easy, but we finally got our floors leveled in our historic home.
