Love these. Always feel like there is more I can learn to plan everything so that I don’t forget stuff. Newish job and now realize I have to daily plan for home, family, kids school, etc all in one. I like an 8.5 x 11 too so incorporating your concepts into a large planner-frankenplanning I think it’s called. Thanks again!

Great content on all three I have watched and I am not a “troll “ but you might consider just prefacing your videos with a statement like “before we start I have a shop with tools you may or may not find useful, my heart is not trying to sell my products. My heart is teaching you how to maximize your life and that might involve my products or it might involve a simple blank paper. It’s all about finding flexibility and customizing your system to maximize your life!” It is obvious you are not trying to push your products so stop apologizing for your mentioning your products. It actually is distracting me from the actual heart of your message!!! 😊 Great stuff!!!

You have really great content, thanks a lot! I am also trying to keep the GTD lists, but feel like I want to assign tasks to a specific time Slot, ahead of the week and ahead of the day, although this might not be purist GTD. I think it comes from all the crazyness my day involves with kids and work. I want to make the decisions with a clear mind.

I’m totally into the research of this method now since I feel excited to try it out for myself 😅🙈 Have I understood it correctly that “set up Moterm ring planner” & “planner dividers” (after the inbox) would go in the “projects” section since both of them entails multiple steps? For example set up ring planner: get printer paper, get 6-hole punch, research planner inserts & content creators for inspo &) try to print inserts etc?
That’s exactly right! Anything with more than one step goes into projects, or you could list each of the steps out in the next actions section ☺️

I’ll have to try & see where it’s most appropriate to put them & do a little trial & error I think 😅 I saw that the personal sized inserts in your shop is 3.7 x 6.7 inches & Im wondering if they’re going to be a tiny bit smaller than other pages since other personal sized ones are 3.75 x 6.75 inches? (I’m used to cm & not inches so I’m not totally sure 🙈)

May I ask what’s the difference between the Project / Project Detail inserts in the GTD bundle & the inserts in the project planner? Maybe more so between the project detail insert & the project planner insert since those seem to both have more in depth explanations/ breakdown of the tasks.
Hi! The project detail is just meant as an extra page if you don’t have enough room for a specific project on the main project page!
I love the idea in the weekly bundle but I am not clear on what to put on the project column. Can you clarify a bit more? What do you put there if it’s not a next action?
Good question! So projects under GTD method are technically tasks that required more than 1 step so for example, technically something like call the mechanic could be a project if you need to 1) look up the mechanics number 2) do a price comparison 3) call mechanic. Basically something you can’t just go and complete right away (like next action list). Does that make sense?
