This place looked absolutely brilliant Daz, and the girls as beautiful as always 🙂
Stayed there for a bit - nice condo but a bit small for full time living. But good location 10-15 minutes on the baht bus to Jomtien or Pattaya. You can get a 1 bed for 11k month to month or 9k yearly. Very nice restaurant next door called Cafe Blu. Best units are on the ground floor with pool access.

Beautiful condo's and it looks so clean.
I have stayed there and those rooms are too small over time. I stayed in ground floor and easy access to pool. Expensive electricity bills, a lot of bugs, noise through walls and bad wifi. In general I am not a fan of Arcadia room architecture. It’s also quite a way to walk from block C and D to entrance, not that great when raining. I tried to take baht bus down to walking street at evening, everyone was full and I had to walk down. Not that optimal location.
They speak very good English the best so far of whole Thailand
Ive stayed here for over a year, and i can tell you the walls are paper thin. You can here everything in all the condos next door.

Tiny everything! Well suited if you drive in Pattaya.
Lived there for 3 weeks in Dec 22. It was too loud and crowded for me. Only makes sense with a motobike. I won't repeat again. There are better options in smaller units for the same price and more central like at Pattaya Klang/Soi Bong Koch.
Looks a nice courtyard style development! Maybe in England we should have one like a supersized Stonehenge...

Prettiest? Are you serious? Condo blocks are all eyesores, and by definition. This doesn't mean of course that they are not perfectly good places to stay. But I must say that the two hostesses in your title picture look OK. Do they come with the room?

Fabulous. Daz, that condo (or similar) is somewhere I could imagine myself living. The only thing is I need more space than 27m2. Probably double that, and willing / able to pay more accordingly. I personally would be really grateful if you could find something with say 2 bedrooms (one for an office) , totaling at least 50m2, and about THB 20k p/m? I know I could get 2, but I really want one! 😀

It's amazing what you can fit in 26sq mtrs. A Welsh guy with a vlog is paying 6.5K a month for the same size condo on Arcadia
Seems like designed for AirBnB short stays. Good for a vacation but not sure I'd live there, kinda like living in a hotel... 😊

Their making these tiny condos all over the world it seems. They shouldn't be allowed. The minimum a condo should be is 35 M . At least thats respectable! Those 26 M condos , you take 2 steps to the north, east, south and west. And your touching the walls. The worst thing about them is the prices. Theyve got the cheek to ask big prices for something that you can hardly move around in.
I think it is a great option and opportunity for a single person. Maybe a person with very limited income and enjoys the pool and walks.
My girlfriend lived in Arcadia beach , it has really nice swimming pools etc. I agree with you on the size of these condos though and there is next to no wardrobe / cupboards to put anything. It would be fine for a month but no longer ( in my opinion)

G’day Daz, Hello I have been watching your episodes with great interest and you have offered some great advise, as you may have picked up from my past comments on your posts, since about 2017-18, I have been giving a lot of thought to relocating, retiring to Pattaya but due to the COVID mess put the brakes on that idea, Daz if you were looking for one Thai agent to use who can organise the opening of a bank account and the transfer of assets, help with buying a condo or house, bike and car purchase, help with licenses, health and all insurance related needs and perhaps later help me with setting up a business, a Thai agent who pretty much can be a one stop shop to look after all my ongoing requirements who would you suggest. To stay there permanently it's small like a prison. For somebody who just needs a little homebase and is " never" there, it might be an option.

Hi, i found that these kind of company rent these condos for long-term and for example if i want to come to pattaya for 1 month to rent a condo they can't rent me also they want more that 1 month deposit and this make the deal harder if you have low budget. this is what i found the negative point from these companies.

Hmm slightly small I think but probably ok for a month or so
Would find it hard to adapt to such little space . My current kitchen ( in my homecountry ) of 20m2 is already almost as big as this appartment . Let stand my current living room of 50m2 and top floor of 72m2 and the garage,garden,toolspace etc making it 10 acres.
I would at least need 70 to 90m2 to feel comfortable . I've seen one recently of 92m2 in Jomtien but alas 2 bedrooms . Would rather like a bigger living room then a second bedroom.
Are Thai houses difficult to find as rental ?

I think Fern is attractive too, maybe not as skinny as Vee- and wearing sensible shoes instead of stripper heels- but still... She seems kind -and knowledgable about the condos she shows.

Another rabbit hutch ! Even the lady said ITS SMALL ! You would go crazy after 1 week never mind 1 year. A condo needs to be min 35 SM. Good vlog but these rooms are only for AirBNB.
Newer rent condo long time which is for sale at same time. You do not want to live and agree showing times for potential buyers. Quite a hassle.
Looks a nicely designed development. Not many sun beds on show for a pool that size. Rooms were very small but ok for a single guy.
Have a friend who stays in the other Arcadia and says it’s noisy and full of short term Air BnB weekenders etc. This one could end up the same.
It’s a 10 minute walk to the main road for the bus and further if you want to go Pratumnak etc but ok location wise.
Exactly. Stayed there for three weeks. I won't repeat again. There are better options for the same price.

Same development format throughout Pattaya/Jomtien .....3 or 4 buildings on the development, 8 floors, with a garden/pool/recreation setting and a gym, security and parking included, ..... to name a few: Laguna I, Laguna II , Laguna III, Amazon Residence, Park Lane, Paradise Park, The Orient Resort and Spa, City Center Residence AND of course "Arcadia". However Arcadia got "GREEDY" on the Sq Meter one bedroom format compared to the others I mentioned ....... Arcadia one bedroom's are 26 sq meters AND the other one bedroom's I listed are all 37 sq meters. Note: some of the others I listed also have Studio's that are 25 sq meters ...... "BIGGER is BETTER" ("she said", wink wink, nudge nudge, 555) ...
The condo is quite pretty but the walk up that hill to Thappraya Road is down right ugly.

Hi again Daz, I put a 13,000 baht deposit on a room in Arcadia Beach before Covid struck and my airline cancelled my flight. Since then there were heavy restrictions and isolation hotels etc etc. Then as restrictions started lifting, I caught Covid - bad. It was long Covid. Anyway, this year my doctor gave me the all clear and I arrived in Pattaya in September. I took my booking receipt to the office at Arcadia Beach and nobody could speak English well enough to understand that I want a refund of my 13,000 baht. Have you or Vee got their email address please.

İt is a shame they got the wrong design. Kitchen not on the entrance but by the window. Hence you are sitting by the door rather then by the window. And it is too small like mouse hole. why there is so much water noise?
