She 100% committed an offence under section 26 of the criminal justice and courts act (2015).
She meets threshold for an offence, sections (a) and (b):
(a)exercises the powers and privileges of a constable improperly, and
(b)knows or ought to know that the exercise is improper.
She threatened you with arrest for exercising your right to film in public, I would take this to a solicitor.
Complaint specifically stating that you believe she committed a S26 offence (as she did). The response would have to state why they believe she didn't (which would be BS to protect her of course), but that can then be used in itself to form a wider complaint to the IOPC. Push this one to the end please.
Police tend to be very intellectually short and struggle on a basic level like this often.
You HAVE to complain.
Luckily when the police investigate themselves they'll find she did nothing wrong

I saw a video recently where the continued trend of misusing srction five came up yet again. Public order. Harassment alarm and distress. Despite photography alone not being considered suspicious behaviour.The auditor asked if the police officer truly believed that his activity met the legal threshold of that legislation. Revealingly the police constsble backed off. Might be worth looking into this. She may have been planning something similar.
You're correct on that 1, seen it being used a lot. I think I make it harder for them with my tone and attitude, I don't get aggressive or sweary at them. But it is your decision. I would l9ok at the criteria they need to force ID. One last appeal. It is my belief that they plan to stamp out auditors by building up repeated data hits against them to edtablish a pattern. This might allow them to apply restricyion orders. Thus destroying your abiluty to hold them accountable. If you recall? Many were irritated with you for giving ID previoysly. I think this is why it matters.
