@@divinedeaths Technically all four stars are on all banners but starter characters (Lisa,Kaeya and amber) are harder to pull since they are never used rate ups on event banners. The most likely place to pull them is on the standard banner, there aren’t any rate up four stars so there’s an even chance of getting each four star.
