Each kit is durably heat-sealed in our proprietary Tru-Flex™ gusseted stand-up bag to ensure that the components are easily accessible, tamper-proof and protected from water, dust, or other contaminants. TruFlex™ also makes our heat-sealed kits easier to open using the visible red-triangle corner tear notches. Once the heat-sealed is ripped open, the zip closure can be used to reseal and protect any unused components.

Awesome kit! Im a medic and of course strongly recommend TQs, but they only deal with big arterial extremity bleeds. Compressed gauze, tape and pressure dressings can fix holes anywhere on the body. Our protocols now are for bilateral decompression or doing two ipsalateral darts, id probably include two needles instead of one. Biggest thing is TRAINING so go get it!

Use two even if the wound is obviously on one side of the chest? Thanks.

@@shanek6582 you should consider if its a big pneumo or if the first catheter occludes.
