Multiple Police Vehicles Attend Incident In Blackpool

Whilst travelling down the narrow road I had noticed a police van reversing back and the driver was telling me to go round but I was blocked. Another police van nearly swiped me reversing back and spead off obviously looking for a suspect. I went passed on the main road and spotted more vehicles. This was on 31st May.
