fairly sure I know that crew of the ARU Two totally different attitudes toward Policing I.E 1 guy was great . Polite very knowledgeable about the law The other was ,well I don't think I could crew with him Just a bad attitude .I understand with the cuts Officers cant hang around but he made a mole hill in to Everest . Just no need for his attitude and general demeanour . The fact he had 2.5lb's of gun strapped to his hip made me edgy Not scared which was his intended response The Police aren't here to be loved but a bit of maturity and even attitude would have gone a lone way to gaining my respect His crew mate and I Talked about all sorts .As I was pulled outside my house I even offered them a brew . 3/4 through a 11 hour shift I thought they might like one . One said no thanks the other said stick it draw your own conclusions If any brass read this Its simple you need more officers because your wearing the ones you do have out, and that night it showed
