We all find a bad player once in a while in Diamond league. The thing is, when 2 of these players match, a new "Viewer submitted game" is born.
I guess that's the explanation for the No way these guys are in Diamond league meme.

Guy shoulda just surrendered at the 10 min mark. That was so infuriating to watch cause the guy never had any win condition he was just wasting both of their time. Just cause zerg is way too strong on their own bases made it a really sucky game.

I think when Nydus Worms are destroyed on both sides, the network underground collapses in on whatever's inside of it because, obviously, it dies. Now, Nydus Worms are enormous tunneling creatures, so they have to have a lot of mass and volume. All of that weight would absolutely crush anything that's inside of it within seconds, I'd assume.
Now imagine if Nydus Worms could move around freely and eat enemy units...

I have not been playing for a while, but I used to play diamond zerg, however I am back for I think 3 weeks and this strategy seems to be popular (fast lurkers and defend and defend on two bases and harass). However pretty easy strategy against it is to deny oponent's third, tech to hive and broodies + corruptors against mutas and this absolutely easily destroy everything..).
I laughed so much under this game lowkos commentary is straight gold😂😂😂
even tho he talked shit, körschgen had the most entertaining zerg playstyle ive ever seen, and ive been watching starcraft 2 for years. guys, learn from his mistakes and please send more replays like :D you would surely be featured by lowko
Honestly this was really enjoyable with the never-ending-never-wining harass until Körschgen got all BM. Great job Lowko! If I could physically do the clicking/key-mashing I'd crush it on ladder from your casts brother.
These 2 players playing 2s or Archon together would make a grandmaster tier level player. One is efficient as hell in his micro play but his macro sucks, the other has the macro skills of an American Fast Food CEO but the micro skills of an American Fast Food CEO, together you've got a guy who expands like his life depends on it and is a master at harassment.

I disagree with you lowko there is a win condition its called the war of atrition it works well vs ai but since the mineral fields nerf its been really hard to play this way but its my favorite play style too and nowadays i only play on custum maps where the main base has 4k mineral per crystal (32k total) ang 5k per gas (10k total) and all the other mineral fields have 250 and vespene gas has 440
I want to see him moving up the ramp, just to see the units die. I thought the exact same thing in that moment xD

Funny thing is, the lurkers almost won the game. PatrAN only actually had a couple buildings left despite having the resources for a fortress. Also lol, talking about number of bases, it's entirely that guy's fault that he was on 2 bases. He didn't even *try* to expand. Not like he didn't have a few thousand minerals to throw around.

I'd like to see what you would do in this situation. For example when you said that the muta pick to get through the grinder made him lose, what would you have done? Nydus? Broods? Hydras?

How many lings he could have made and shot across the map. They would have killed red. 7k in lings is a death sentence for anything it touches.

Technically, with perfect micro, your drones would be able to mine faster than normal because you could put the nydus directly next to the minerals. You'd have to be a computer though, since it'd be only a fraction of a second faster at best.

Hey lowko about the unit keep disappeared it happen to me also but hear me out, I did reinstall my game, clear some folder but still happen until i mess around with my StarCraft setting and I'm not gonna lie its magically it works again haha
I feel like PatrAN made a lot of mistakes, but at least he did not forget his ABCs. He was playing the long game. Körschgen was cocky, playing advanced ideas with the foresight of a silver league. Its hard to cheer for that!

Hey Lowko. Let me first say, that you are definitely one of the best SC casters out there and I usually agree with your analysis of the game.
But this time, I heartfully disagree.
The loosing player had no cool style, or a lack of idea how to win a game. He was deliberately using this style to humiliate his opponent.
Why do I say that? Look at the whole game. It's the only logical explanation.
First we have a twelve pool, exercised so badly that probably my 6 year old nephew could do it better, even so he doesn't even know what SC2 is.
Then we have the preparation of a trap and the first provocation. I am pretty sure that was to buy him time because he knew he'd loose if his opponent attacks immediately.
He survived - barely - and started his very successful counter aggression. Suddenly, micro and multitasking were there. He could have won there and then simply by spending his money, but he streched the game out, making a show of not expanding behind it.
Why didn't he take a 3rd base? Because he didn't knew better? I don't think so. He even got what he wanted, his opponent probably was mad as hell. But also a tat to good for this shenanigans. So, when he finally realises he can not win, he makes sure his opponent knows. Like the trapped gangster who teases the police with their use of superior numbers.
One can not only BM with words, but also with playstyle. That is what we saw here. I saw something like this from professional players as well, especially from one protoss player ( you guys can guess who I am talking about), which is why I heartfully despise him.
This is diamond but there is a massive difference between diamond 3 and diamond 1, diamond 1 is nearly masters when any one can get diamond 3. diamond 3 was 3600 a couple of seasons ago now it is 3400. i don't really know why

Körschgen could mean a mix of Kirsche (Körsche (dialect))= cherry, and kerrigen, So it is Cherrygen. And yeah, i think its german
