No, this was aired at the actual Oscars, but she sang it from Husavik in Iceland. The non English parts is in Icelandic, not Swedish. This song, nominated for best song, is from the Eurovision movie.

Husavik (My Hometown)") is a song performed by Will Ferrell and Molly Sandén (under the stage name My Marianne) for the film Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga (2020). The song was written by Fat Max Gsus, Rickard Göransson, and Savan Kotecha, and received a nomination for Best Original Song at the 93rd Academy Awards.
This was aired live at the Oscars from the actual town Husavik on Iceland. Molly Sandén is swedish, but she is singing some lines i Islandic.

This was a pandemic year so the songs nominated for original song weren’t actually performed at the ceremony, but this was obviously a live performance and it aired at the Oscars. Honestly should’ve won best song that year, but the Eurovision movie was overall so far from being an Oscar film that it really stood no chance

Yes it is the real Oscars performance actually but performed in Iceland due to the pandemic ❤

The Eurovision movie is great, i didn't have great expectations because it is starred by Will Ferrell and i thought he would make fun of the contest but no. They were very respectful and heartwarming towards the contest. It is satirical but in a good way. And the OST is just amazing.

Molly Sandén has competed in Melodifestivalen 3 times, "Så vill stjärnorna" (2009), "Why Am I Crying" (2012) and "Youniverse" (2016). In 2006 she came 3rd in Junior Eurovision Song Contest with "Det finaste någon kan få".

You should check it out the movie "Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga (2020)". It's really funny!
Especially after you've watched more old Eurovision entries, then you will recognize some of the cameo artists, like Loreen, Conchita Wurst, Alexander Rybak, Jamala, Netta Barzilai, Salvador Sobral, John Lundvik, Anna Odobescu, Bilal Hassani, Jessy Matador, Elina Nechayeva (so perhaps check out their entries first, then it's more fun when you recognize them in the movie).
In the movie it's Rachel McAdams who sings this song (but it's Molly Sandéns voice we hear, together with Will Ferrell).
