This is the deepest metro station in the world and it is in the heart of the former Soviet country Ukraine.

If you would look up if this is really the deepest metro station than you would find some contradictions because North Korea claims that they have the deepest metro station in the world, that is the Pyongyang metro system.
The only discussion here is, from where do you start measuring and where do you end the measuring?
Kiev or Kyiv has the deepest metro STATION in the world 105.5 meters.
Pyongang has the deepest metro TRACKS in the world. 110 meters.
This means that the station in Pyongyang is not on 110 meters below the ground, but the tracks are.
So who is the winner here?

When I visited Kyiv and tried to go down I unexpectedly had my first panic attack and rushed back on the half way. It was way too deep
What happens if somebody falls on the escalator they just going to roll like a bowling ball and knock everyone over?

Sorry but It is not the the Deepest Metrostation in the World ...Pyongyang in North Korea is 110 Meters deep and its 5 Meters deeper ;)
It depends on the measurement.
Pyongyang has the deepest underground but not the metrostation itself.
The train goes deeper under the ground than in Ukrain.
But in Ukrain the STATION is deeper under the ground and is the deepest STATION in the world.

ул. Станция петербургского метро имеет глубину 86 метров. В Украине это 105 метров. Вы можете погуглить.
