Hi my angels,
I hope you are all well and having a wonderful week so far.
So many of you are always asking me for health and fitness vlogs, so, here it is! It has been no secret that I have been on a health and wellness regime since the beginning of the year and with the support of CoPilot Fitness I am getting closer to achieving my goals and I really wanted to be able to bring you that opportunity and hopefully this vlog is that little nudge of inspiration that you need.
Before getting on a flight it is SOOO important to move your body and my personal trainer, Kris has specially designed a workout that it going to circulate the blood, build strength and stretch.
Then pack with me and travelling to Mallorca to celebrate Easter! It is going to be the best weekend filled with so much love, happiness and making wholesome memories!

I have Protein Shake every night & its high plant protein & tastes great.
I had Bariatric surgery in 2022 & lost 53 kilos in one year with my weight now 63.1 kilos & it was a HIGHLY DISCIPLINARY food routine that I had to strictly follow but my body feels SO MUCH HEALTHIER now.
I did it for HEALTH & BEAUTY reasons because I was very slim until I waa 44 & due to health changes with stress I became obese for 20 years!!
I am SO GRATEFUL to have found my wonderful surgeon here in QUEENSLAND who is a top surgeon in his field.
If any of your followers worry about obesity & possibly diabetes which I'm grateful I don't have this I suggest they look into bariatric surgery.
I LOVE your positive vibes & I think you look FABULOUS in you workouts Leonora.

Wow Leonora I have watched others do fitness routines and not copied but you presented it so well and it was simple so I followed you and wrote notes to repeat it. I am going to do it now and you deserve a medal as I have one weak leg after falls etc and I was intrigued to do this as I want the same results as you. Your booty is amazing so don't feel you need to improve. I want to be toned and feel fitter and you introduced that to me. Ooh a sneak peak of the gardens! It looks amazing Leonora! What are your oranges are like, are they Seville type or nice and sweet? We're main land Spain and unfortunately our Easter weekend was a complete wash out, buckets of rain and the wind was just awful. I spent the weekend righting fallen terracotta pots, luckily none broke but we have turned a corner now!!I

I always think it is easier for men to pack as they don't have accessories etc like us and less shoes etc. We have outfits to plan and toiletries. As for dinner you do Mark proud and picky bits are fun - just tell him you are having a picnic. :-)
I once traveled light. I didn’t have anything I wanted most of the time! Moods change…..so never again. We have to fill a trolley even if we are staying one night in a hotel. Between me and doggie travel crate and his food and my watercolor painting bag etc etc….. 😊
Husband doesn’t mind! Good ones are happy to help us be happy!
On my 31 day Europe tour I had an Aussie roommate and she and I notoriously had the largest suitcases. They were always marked heavy for the hotel staff or airport who might get stuck carrying our luggage. Lol. But halfway through the trip those who had packed light with like a large duffel!! If you can believe that, we’re quite jealous that we were still sporting fresh outfits and didn’t require weekly laundry tasks.
Dear Leonora just own it. Pack what you want. I am always happy I have things I may want to use 😊 yes let’s try to be low maintenance on some things. Just not this one. 😂

I’m a community college counselor and I punch hearts in my watercolor paintings that aren’t frame worthy. And I write on the back “you are loved” and I give them to my students. Even the young men take a heart as i offer them when they are leaving. It’s so cute who knew the men want a heart too?! I thought you might appreciate this little bit about me since you have such a big heart yourself. You are so loved by us all too, precious Leonora.

Back in January I told myself that I have to cut back on movies and TV and to be completely honest it’s been a challenge. But I’ve managed to keep 2 or 3 tv shows and as for movies if I really feel like watching one watch a classic old film which I’ve really enjoyed not saying the new ones are bad this is just my opinion and besides how can you turn down a Grace Kelly movie 😂. Then vlogs last year I’ve loved watching so many of them and fun fact they all know Leonora and they’re all from England. So I’ve put my foot down and told myself to pick on Content creator (I chose Leonora) you’ll follow throughout the year including Vlogmas and the others watch their last vlog once a month. So here I am.❤
