I’m sitting around 30$ an hour doordashing this week. What works for me is delivering to the nicer area of my town. It’s about 4 miles out but they almost always leave a +10$ tip or more
Same.
I deliver in the rich side of OC. Avg tip is 15
Same. I stay away from the college area. Unlike others, my area, they don't tip good. The more homes, the higher the chance of better tip. Sadly people that live in apartment in my area, tip less.
Yes!,,, Sorry to say but"no good in da hood".. my market is literally separated by one street where the Hood's on one side and the" good area"is on the other side. There's absolutely no comparison
Damn, poor people aren’t good enough for you ?
“It should literally be outlawed to still have your lobby closed.“
Yes.
Labour shortages.... nobody wants minimum wage jobs
@@leadnsteel1428 Exactly
I agree 1,000%!,,,, The local Popeyes in my area always has the lobby closed and every door Dasher I know declines orders cuz you're sitting in a Drive-Thru of 20 cars or more
Or advertise that it's open but always have it locked. so we're walking back and forth just to have to get in the drive thru anyways.
How about ghetto MacDonald employees treating drivers like dogs! Lmfao
Huge improvement in the editing and pace of your videos. Good work man 👍🏻 entertaining stuff
Thanks bro🙏
nuggs what u doing here, go make more MUSIC VIDEOS lol jk whats dude
we need another moore vs nuggs challenge
Nuggets beat me to the punch... Really impressive.

I’m blessed to be in a good market. I made $1,950 in 4 days of dashing last week. 55 hours. Thursday - Sunday. Watching your hourly for the days made me cringe
I made 1600 on Uber and Lyft. It felt so satisfying. I just stayed local.and didn't have to do any long rides out of the city
bro that crazy good
That's bananas‼️‼️ Where are you located? If u don't mind me asking.
Everyone in this damn comment section is a liar
very jelly even though 🧢
Just wanted to say that you're the reason I finally tried doordash. It's now what I do, and I love it. Also, thanks for putting up your gas cost as well - that makes it way more realistic and I love that.
He nets $1650 total. taking into account: mileage write off, and 30% tax. Seems solid.
You could just buy electric scooter or E bike
Just applied and I’m a felon . Passed the background check, now I’m dashing 💯✌🏾😎
1st floor apartment delivery.... IVE NEVER SEEN SUCH LUCK IN MY LIFE
If you really grind you can make $8000 a month. The pay for delivering food is insane.
BULLSHIT BUDDY!!
I did a 90 hour week last November and did $1.2k! ✌️
100% acceptance rate strategy
That sucks
@@FggfGffg-kg8qo yeah honestly
@FggfGffg-kg8qo yeah it actually does, but it's a lot of money for someone who usually only has about $50 in his checking account [me]
@FggfGffg-kg8qo the cool thing, too, is that the day after I closed out my $1200 week, I hit a deer and totalled my favorite car of all time, got knocked out of work for 2 months, went broke, and went insane
I made 600 only dashing 22hrs. Also, I never decline, I just wait for the timer to run out
They changed it so that we can't do that anymore sadly
Timer runs out but it still counts as a decline.
@@advangsjust end dash and restart
Door dash is never worth it. Only consider it when u are badly in need.
@bernards6115 I made over 1k a week with dd lol its definitely a great side hustle
I wish I had your energy. It’s all I can do to work a full lunch and full dinner Monday - Friday. Great job on grinding it out. 🏆
The kid is 14 years old, I hope he has energy LOL
I M 57 and work 48-55 a week
This dude really know how to grind.
I did 88 last week for a cool 1575, you got this man! My tip would be ready sunday evening, so you can start your week at Monday morning at 00:01
$1575 is nothing to brag about working 88 hrs figuring that equals to $18 an hr not counting wear an tear on your car or gas or insurance now figure you worked for a semi decent company for the same $18 an hr for 88 hrs and with overtime the pay comes to $2367 so in my eyes you lost $792 dollars...
@@bennettaintinit3095 shut up bro I’ve been at it so long now and have made so much money… blah blah blah wear and tear on your car it’s better then wear and tear on your back…..
It would be so great if Doordash would create a brief mandatory video for customers to watch before completing the sign up process. We had to take a quick class to become Dashers.
The customer video could address all of the major issues that make Dashing so difficult...
Yes yes yes! 💯
@@deniseshore9637 when I first signed up, I had to go through an online tutorial class about dashing to complete my sign up process.
I did not go through any class lol
@Gig Galaxy I think you replied to the wrong person.. I did not take any class and the uber class is pointless as well.
Glad to see that you're back! BTW, pls don't leave your keys in the ignition when doing deliveries dude. I would hate for it to backfire on you.
Sooo glad your back! Missed your content. I think your profit was actually pretty good. I use to truck drive and after taxes I'd lose like $400 every weekly paycheck. I'd work 80hrs tho.
I made 36k last year on doordash and after all miles/maintenance/phone bill/ I owed a little under 1,000$ lol just shut up
@@fernandomercado5995 damn you went in for the kill XD
Wow! The dedication and sheer commitment to see this challenge through to the end is very impressive!! 👏 ✌️
Hit me up. I wanna be interviewed on your channel about the dark side of DoorDash and how their employees and dashers get screwed. I got the deets!!!!!
I found in my area, the best tips are given during the most odd hours. Such as 12am - 6am, I usually cover the late munchies hrs. and the early morning need to be somewhere hrs.
I envy how you make comfort clothing look super put together and stylish. Me, on the otherhand, I cannot pull that off. I look like a bum when i try. I end up just wearing jeans and a Polo shirt instead. So. Jealous. Lol
Just shows that in this day and age if you have a working car there is no reason to struggle with money.
Thank you so much for the last minute sacrifice you made, and the determination to document the whole thing. Gnarly. Thank you
I’ve always wondered what areas had office buildings that offered discounts to employees for food delivery services. Doordash should send out an email list to drivers for their area.
Try hauling groceries or dashmart orders during non-meal hours. It's a little more work, but can pay much better than low-ball takeout orders.
Props for consecutive long days. It's more tiring than people might think.
Nice grind! I'm developing a headache and minor nausea just thinking about doing this haha
Dude that is awesome, I need to step my game up with doordash. Thanks for all of the tips and info.
Love this video! That was so much fun to watch! Glad you accomplished your goals🤩
Thanks! I’m really glad you enjoyed it!:)
Thanks for the realistic view of your days. That was validating for me.
Tip: on hand it to me orders, right when you pull up to the address listed, go to support and click “can’t find customer” while still in the car and start the 5 minute timer.
Dude people like you are the reason other DoorDashers are inspired to get out and really do it!
I’m going to be trying the same hour work week you’re doing or at least close to it. Got a vacation in May and a future Prius to save for
Good luck🙏
Wish you the best I did two 100 hours weeks in a row
@@budsodastories how was it?
@@pe8841 it's tiring af Blake got up early but I know on his market past 10 pm is pointless opposite here unless you have uber eats then still 9 to 11 its dead so I go out and do dd and gh with some ic when I get something good over 2500 each week
@@budsodastories Very nice, congrats.... I always wondered, how many phones do all you multi appers have open and running at once? I just did my first dash on monday for 3.75 hours. I didn't do too bad, have to learn the app better but i did ok. I want to do multi apps for more action and choices to pick from, but i only have 1 phone.... Thx bud
I had to do doordash full time for about six week. I did 9 hour days, 5 days a week and earned 1000 a week. In CA you can't go over 12 hours a day so 2k a week wouldn't be possible. The ware and tear in my car was INSANE and the gas averaged $20 a day.
You got the Herp!!!!!!!. Just call it for what it is. 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃
Congratulations bro, I'm from Los Angeles and it's kinda the same here everyday we need to hustle and get the bread 🍞. Good luck to you and I wish you all the best & success.
I've gotten two tips, one was $0.01, the second was $0.10. I believe they randomly hit the one by mistake while typing out $0.00.
this is so real about how the delivery life is 🤣😂👏
This was motivating and HILARIOUS 😂😂😂😂
My boi driving mercedes for doordash 👌🏽👌🏽 i did this until my car starts having problem so i decided to buy a used car for my gig jobs
I was in an accident today. Just by looking I can tell the car will be totalled. I owe more than the car is worth. Insurance will cover the loss, but I'm without work now and my credit has not had time to rebuild yet.
Hyrecar.
Congratulations on reaching your goal. ❤
I use hot bags and a cooler to keep the food warm or cold. I never just put the order on my seat. The food would cool down too much. Smh
Wow the mountains are so beautiful.
Please get well ASAP, being independent can be rough, and having a bit of a sickness, there’s no room for it.
I’m all better now! Thank you🙏
Did $1K last week with both DD & UE but DD was 60% of income & I worked 38hrs & drove 533 miles.
Great work, Blake! You have no idea how inspiring you are. You motivate me to push myself to be out delivering longer hours than I do..... $$$!
I am making 2600 to 2700 a week
I drive 65 to 70 hours w week.
It's strange watching all these other dashers on youtube say they had a "rough day" when they made more than twice I did in the same amount of hours...
I just drove from 5:30am to 6pm and only made $160... and my market is not particularly small...
I don't know what your segment market value is but in a +55hr work week, I'd make about $2400 to $2600 in the Spring.
Yeayyy your back!!! Miss your videos. So happy 😊 you're fine. I'm never challenge myself, I'm going to work on that, not 100 hours but start with 40 hours first and work my way up
Good job, Blake!!! You killed it!
This awesome. You do things similar to me when door dashing some of which I wondered if other people do. Thank you for the great video
@17:52 that is an awesome record! World-class! Congratulations, I'd like to see somebody challenge that record!!
I’m jealous of your market. A lot good orders. Last week I did 67 hours. I made just $950. $14 per hour. People here in Miami are terrible tipping!!!!!
Yes here they don't tip well at all. I work in the Pinecrest area. Get lots of bullshit order of $4 -$6.
Doordash does give out big orders. You just have to be in the large order program + have Top dasher. I've been getting 4 to 5 orders/day for $15+
Bruh, I just got my account back from being deactivated an this just confirmed I’m about to go crazy on the dashing 💯💯💯
You sir is very entertaining 🙃
Really enjoyed this video 👏🏾
I am glad you are back.
Thanks!
Sometimes i want the middle finger for decline button 😂 it is ridiculous how they want me to drive 6 miles for 2$
Is no one going to talk about the League of Legends shoutout hoodie he has on in the first few min of the video
It is never on the first floor, almost always the top floor. And it is also often the last house on the dead end street, 2 miles into a neighborhood. I'm just convinced the customer doesn't like coming and going to their house any more than we do.
You work hard! Thanks for your insight. Wondering why don’t you go into the restaurants to get the order rather than waiting in line? I just started but I’ve never waited on a window line. You’re right - it slows you down.
Because lobbies are closed
@@Moore.Driven it grinds my gears that lobbies are closed but even more when they do not offer curbside!
I did 1600 in 90 hours last week and the average household income in my area is 60k.... so yea 2k should be EZ for you.
Great videos but I cringe not seeing a hot bag used for the food on delivery.
Welcome back ! Money is waiting you !
This looks fun but lets all remember the biggest problem.
You need at least 15ish hrs of work
To hit close to 300$ for 1 day.
(Do not forget gas expense; needing to change the oil more often if you decide to do this as a main source of income. and you would need to perform preventive maintenance on your vehicle = uncounted for expenses)
That's not only crazy but wholly detrimental to your health.
Please exercise caution for your health.
Health ? Repairs ? . these drivers see the money for today and nothing beyond that
I love your accent, especially the way you say dollars.. so cool.
THE FOOD IS PAID, If I was DOOR DASH or UBER-EATS I would be reselling it cause it’s fresh. Just call up people from your phone to make side money.
wow amazing its very good not declining the order even though not too much earning but im glad you did it well keep up the good works. I do really appreciate you for being dedicated to your job 😀😀😀😀🙏
I’m glad you’re feeling better missed your videos! 😊😊
At 1500 miles driven you should calculate in your cost for maintenance of your vehicle as well. So ya ended up making like 1800$. That’s bloody awesome.
In my area ya get the opportunity to dash only at meal times for about an hour or 2. If you make $100/day your doing good.
We don't have that much for hidden tips on doordash. It's usually $1 to $1.50. Uber eats maxes their tip they show at $8, so if you can figure out the base pay, you'll know it's a max order
I live in the same area as you so it's crazy watching this and recognize places
Doordash should make some changes for customers. 15% tip for any order, more specific order drop offs or you can't place your order.
WOW,,U DONE IT!!! That’s a lot of hours!! Too many for me!! Careful & don’t wear yourself down
Liking this video for both the content AND all that video editing.
12:53 that view though 😍
Can't do that anymore with these insane gas prices!! 😫
I hate when people give you the run around and don't tip at all!! So yes now I will treat myself to a breakfast wrap or 1 of the meals inside their bag if I'm hungry, gotta get your money worth somehow especially after burning my gas & people being cheapskates👍
no dashmart in socal, maybe up north cali where u don have spread out locals,
Welcome back! and good job!
Based of your DoorDash numbers, you’re being shorted 400 dollars !!!! At least I’m lucky to get the guaranteed earnings in CA!
Wish drive thru could just bring your order out or they had a pickup kiosk or area. They ordered wsy before the people in drive thru line.
Got an unicorn order from Wegmans $30 tip $38.75 payout not bad for 1st 45 minutes!!!
Nice! That’s awesome!
Everyone's profit will be different. If you drive a beater corolla with no mechanical issues that lasts you many miles from purchase date your cost per mile may be 25-30 cents, Newer or less reliable cars will go 40cents all the way up to or past the tax deduction of 58 cents. Looks like you have a newer vehicle it's probably 40-50 cents at least. Gas, replacement cost, maintenance and repairs. So at least $600. nearly a $900 tax deduction though which helps.
Carmex. Can I see a screenshot of your ratings? Video production excellent. I cannot believe you do not show a hot bag or even use one. I do not take any offer less than $6.50, not worth the risk. Well earned. I did not think this was really possible, but I do think Door Dash does pay more most after you make them the most profit per person.
It happened to me a couple times 6 dollars for like 3 4 miles and no tip. I don’t know why it pisses me off I would rather it 2.50 base pay and 3.50 tip no tip orders gets me heated
Yeah Uber eats and Doordash do the trick for me. Once turned a $16 Doordash order into a $39 by multiapping. Two apps four deliveries same town.
Wow way to grind!!! Very inspirational 👏 Also that mall order ticked me off!!!!
I wish I could dash even half this much 😩 my dash spot is almost an hour away depending on the traffic so I can't just go chill at home or take care of my pets during break/dead times..like once I'm out there, I'm OUT THERE til the end of the night, theres no going back and forth or even getting home early enough to get sleep lol. I cringe at all the money I'm missing out on bc I can only do dinner most days.
What is total profit? Once you subtract fuel costs, vehicle depreciation, taxes, etc.
Keep up the hard work!
Welcome back! Great video!
Thanks man!
Thing is most of my orders that have wrong addresses. When I talk to them they like you in the right neighborhood just the wrong house lol. They give me right address 30 miles away for ether a 3 dollar order or a 10. I’m not driving that far.
I plan to quit Door Dash. I’ve been dashing since 2019. Have been thinking like spending all that time on the road in order to see some decent money, long wait times, dealing w other drivers on the road and driving that much just isn’t worth it anymore.
One thing I hate about dashing in tucson is how many ppl all day long order from the 10 food places on university blv. Paid parking or walk 2 blocks to pick up food.
With some of these… the no tips are a freakin insult!
Knew it was Utah as soon as I saw the mountains, lived there for 10 years
I took an $19 form Walgreens for meds to an elderly lady and an stacked extra $2 same thing and they didn't tip. But knowing I ran an arron for some one who couldn't was a good deed.
Locked apartment complexes are the most annoying and they take forever to answer the phone
Great video and really cool dude.
