    The guide is obviously ethnic Chinese living in Korea, maybe mixed blood. That probably explains why she is dear to these Chinese tourists. She looks Chinese and her Chinese sound is completely Chinese, the few times she speaks Korean to the locals i think she doesn't sound like a local. All the Chinese comments never mention that, so i do. Chinese have imperialistic patriotic views, they like this guide because she is ethnic Chinese and they want to annex Korea.

    About Miss Kim: I doubt she'll ever be able to watch our comments. Anyway, a sweet, pretty young lady who tries hard to praise the social achievements that have been accomplished by the DPRK people. The SAO documentary has presented us with some elucidating points on DPRK. However, the English edition of the subtitles must be improved: once in a while the language is unintelligible. We look forward to more shootings and better English. Thank you for your efforts.You've been doing an admirable job.

      @@iap616 Yes, I know. These Mainland Chinese vloger pronounce her name used Mandarin pinyin based in her Korean Hanja name. Hanja actually are Chinese characters called Hanzi (漢字) in Mandarin. If you have Chinese character name, it more easier to introduce yourself to mainland Chinese or Taiwanese. For example I'm an Indonesian born Chinese have both English / Indonesian name in ID card, also real name in Hanzi from Chinese surname. So when I meet foreign Chinese who speak Mandarin, I'll introduce my name in Chinese within three Hanzi characters.

    • @mortarriding3913
      @mortarriding3913 Před 3 lety +4

      That's simply not correct. Even US officers admit that it was the South who was the aggressor in most of the battles from 1949, and the South who were massacring their own people.

    • @mortarriding3913
      @mortarriding3913 Před 3 lety +4

      In fact ... the majority of South Koreans at the time supported the North, not the traitors who collaborated with Japan who the Americans put in power.

    • @skyworm8006
      @skyworm8006 Před 3 lety +2

      @@mortarriding3913 Then why did 73,000, the majority of their army, die defending it against enemies who were better equipped (Soviet-equipped) and more numerous? Indeed, they simply weren't equipped to win no matter what, yet they still fought. Probably because they saw it as a Soviet and/or Chinese invasion as much as they were seen as an American puppet.
      The war was not prompted by South or North aggression. It was prompted by politics between world powers. And it is a fact that the North started the war and invaded the South. This is not justifiable by aggression but it is justifiable by plenty of other arguments. Just as you can argue against it being justified along similar lines.
      Furthermore, America originally considered Korea unimportant and so had little presence there. Hence the poorly equipped army and no American defence until the country was all but conquered. The North obviously prepared for years and waited for a good time.

      China never start Korean war. China send troops into North Korea to defend their Chinese mainland territory as neighbourhood border with North Korean territory. The western US & UN armies assist South Korea in war just their excuse to conquer North Korea, so they can put troops across Yalu River to begin re-attack China, as if North Korea fall into their control. And in fact the PLA Chinese troops never move forward into South Korean territory after pushing back western armies back into 38th paralel Southern line side.
