    I'm picking mine up in a couple of days. I got the sv in gun metallic Going from the 2020 versa to the 21 sentra is a huge difference. Everything about the sentra is 1000x better than the versa down to almost every detail. Even the entry level sentra has more than an sr versa. Soft touch everything, more control over settings within the car, obviously more space, more standard options. The list goes on and on down to the fact there's a little leather boot cover for the shifter. I'm beyond excited to get mine!

    I think it's port injection, not direct. Anyway, I just bought a SV trim Sentra with premium package about a month ago and it's been fantastic. Took it on a 200 mile trip and it was great. A little bit of road noise, but power was fine and the engine was surprisingly quiet while cruising. I'm not a huge CVT fan, but this one is just fine, much better than the CVT on my '18 Forrester.

      @jermboomin Před 2 lety +2

      @@sc7244 the CVT doesn't have traditional gears,, so its an adjustment for some. I had a 15 Sentra, and back then the CVTs weren't as good, but they're leaps and bounds better now. I had a 16 Altima with the new Xtronic CVT and it was pretty good. This Sentra is really good for a commuter. It's just not fast, but it's not meant to be. It's a comfortable cruiser

      @@bundy26 If you're looking for a true performance car, you're viewing the wrong vehicle. That's NOT a Sentra and Not an Altima either. On the other hand, the new Z is about to go on sale, and Nissan still sells the GT-R. Neither one is going out the door for $25k though. On the other hand, you could get a very nice performance car used for $25k. Or consider the new Toyota 86 and Subaru BRZ.

      Better fuel mileage, works with hybrid power plants, allows the engine to stay in the power hand longer, also less weight and cheaper to manufacture. It’s not just Nissan and Honda though. Toyota, Hyundai, Kia, Subaru, Mitsubishi, etc. Its where the industry is going unfortunately.
