Fly by night lawyers for the accused criminals are running out of options no amount of delay will stop the Judge to convict them.
Bheje, we don't say these guys are innocent in some other cases they were convicted for in the past, but the worry here is that the state is not fair and Baloyi is a feared order giver calling lawyers by "fly by night" demonstrate the level of your biasness. Even a mentally handicapped somebody can see that Baloyi is not fair, but if you are ralling behind those who don't want to hear anything touching Chicco, Longwe, Kelly and others you are correct to criticize lawyers. How can you criticize lawyers who are subotaged by Baloyi through his monkey tricks of supplying evidence in piece meal form but you he is fair and again Accused number two is the one who was pointed as an intruder who entered the house with a golden tooth and shot Senzo. Let me test your independency if available, what's your take in relation to the fact that the Accused was taken to the dentist to be examined but neither gold tooth no traces were found in the Accused. For us to rely on character evidence is building block for our future slavery. Maybe tomorrow it will be you or your sibling, you will start shouting canvassing people to stand up, forgetting that you were among the people who were saying let the judge and Baloyi manipulate justice.
Why cant baloyi come up who killed senzo he is bzy about were abouts the accused was instead of telling the court the truth its longwe that shot senzo. Everyone can see that. Cover up for chicco

This legal analyst is misleading, the defence never requested any extended disclosure they requested relevant information especially from 2014 when the crime occurred. The State is the one providing evidence from 2018 and 2021 that is irrelevant to the case . How does this analyst interpret the submissions of evidence in court today to the defence and the state saying they are ready to proceed when the defence have not consulted on said information. Why didn’t the state provide the information in a timely manner since they said they already had it. SABC please bring better professionals who able to tell the truth and are not afraid to give truthful insight into legal issues. This man has no idea what he is talking about. It’s scary to think that these legal analysts are what the public through media rely on to explain confusing judiciary issues but then they come on air to mislead. This is further evidence that the rot in SA’s judiciary runs deep.
All these legal experts are tip toeing around this case. It's a shame nje. How do you give new evidence in the morning and expect defense to cross examine?? They keep bringing irrelevant info and NOT what defense wants. State is failing nje.

@VivianFuneka Mr Heart is biased and has said in another interview that he is emotionally invested in the Senzo case. You should therefore take his analysis on the Senzo matter with a pinch of salt.
What case bcz kelly longwe and chicco main suspects is not in the doc so who will judge rata sentence. Baloyi is dragging this case for 10yrs

Baloyi on the Senzo Meyiwa case it not only the documents asked for by the defence but they have been ambushing them with new witnesses and new documents so the state is still trying to build their case cause they have no case against the accused
These so-called experts don't cease to amaze me, they are the same as Ratha 😂😂 how can a state have cell phone communications of the accused without having proceeded through 205s? How do you explain the incomplete affidavits from the investigating officer? How do you deal with information from 2018 whereas the date of the incident is 2014? Baloyi is dishonest and the judge is biased, period.

The legal expert spoke nonsense and Baloyi is indeed being dishonest. He, himself said the documents required by the defense were included in the disc he sent them last year, yet is unable to retrieve the same documents from the disc to give it to the defense. Or, re-send all the information contained in a disc in a usb format. It's like even Baloyi himself is unable to open his own disc.

He was dishonest he told the judge that Mr Monyeki had consulted accused number 3 about the number added which was not true. Baloyi is a lier, when the case was postponed on Tuesday, he told the court that he will fenish all the evidence on that day guess what that dishonest old man did, he gave them some of the evidence and some last night.

This man isn’t following the Senzo Meyiwa case. Because he would know that Nxumalo hasn’t received anything regarding the 205 and why are affidavits missing from the 205 documents. Sir just keep your opinion to yourself.
This analyst is trying to twist words. The state has to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the 5 in the doc killed Senzo, and they know if they hand over everything will loose their case. They have another thing coming. The defense lawyers are not stupid.
