It's great to hear that organ and choir again. I did a gig with the Ft. Lauderdale Symphony in the Spring of 1977 there when Dr. D. James Kennedy narrated Lincoln Portrait.

This is one of the best arrangements on this hymn that I have ever heard. The key change is great! Thank goodness for descants, the sops certainly do it well on the last verse.

Sam that is hands down The best performance of Veni Emmanuel I have ever heard, The Organ opening improvisation was awesome sounded very French Cathedral inspired there are some great video of Notre Dame with Olivier Latry opening mass intros full organ, The Adeste Fideles Opening at Notre Dame is pretty awesome opening full organ . The choir voices along with that Organ is beautiful if this dosnt lift your heart you dont have a soul
my favorite Christmas hymn
I have to make myself not listen to his videos at work. It's embarrassing when others see tears in your eyes. This is by far the best arrangement I have EVER heard of this song and it happens to be my favorite Christmas song!
I would rather feel more embarrassed because I'm Catholic . your only showing emotions for Jesus . its nothing Embarrassing . I go to mass and worship Mary the Pope and bishops On Christmas eve . but should show more for Jesus
