It's good to see someone who won't keep upgrading gear forever. Thumbs up
I have upgraded cameras but A7II gets me allot of views so I have to keep it in the video rotation 🔥

Glad I could help 💪🏾💪🏾
Can you do cinematic setting for low light?🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
For sure 💪🏾
Sir please tell why the ISO doubles in my camera when recording is on in picture profile 1
it shouldnt cause of the profile just make sure AUTO ISO is not on
Would this be a perfect setting for interviews ?
Yes sir!
What detail level do you use? Do you use some in body camera sharpening or none at all?
0 none at all.
@@christianjmedia I appreciate it. Thanks for the feedback bro. Keep up the good work.
can you help me setting a7ii for photoes please 😊
Soon I will have a video on this topic
hey man my a7ii is always struggling in focus when I do shots of walking towards the car that I shoot and it never stays focused, what focus area should i use for car videography, I have a sony 50mm f1.8 and a 35mm f1.4 samyang with a dji rs3 minii
Try using center focus area and shotting in 2.0 or 2.8, the A7II doesn't have a ton of focus points so trying to having it nail razar sharp 1.8 focus is going to be tough IMO
@@christianjmedia appreciate the tips man, I’ll be selling my a7ii and my 50mm 1.8 to save up for the a7iii because the autofocus and 4k video and overall its a much more advanced camera body
Please help me to make a decision.
I have a Nikon d5300. But i wanna step in the Sony's world with Tamron 50-400. I will use my next cam only for landscape. Can A7ii produce a same sharp images compare with the A7iii?
Thank you
Yes the image from both are pretty indistinguishable but if your looking to do any video then go with the a7III as it has better video capabilities compared to the a7II
@@christianjmedia thank you for the help!
question: why would you rather use cine 1 over Slog 2?
Because it’s only 8bit and with 8bit I feel it’s better to get a baked in less saturated image from shooting rather then trying to push around 8bit, in post wich is very hard I only suggest s-log when using 10bit or higher because the image will be wayyyyyy more flexible and won’t fall apart when trying to get a desired look.
@@christianjmedia Alright thank you so much man!! Looking forwards to some other A7 ii Videos!!!!
Could you let me know how to burly the background while recording videos?
Blurring the background comes within the lens lol, shoot on a lens that has a low F number. For example F1.4 will give a very blurry background an as this number increases the blur will decrease. hope this helps!
@@christianjmedia thank you 👍
@@missMarrry1 Yes first learn photography/videography
My 32GB SD CARD DONT SUPORT XAVCS HOW MUCH GH DO I NEED FOR THIS?
Make sure it’s v60 or v90 and it’s an SDXC card.
My sony m2k not showing these options
You might be in PAL standard so if you see 50fps it’s the same as 60fps it’s a regional thing.
Hi why cant i make it 60p on my a7ii there is only 50p and 25p
You camera is set to PAL instead of NTSC in PAL 50p is basically 60p so you should be fine.
I've got the Sony a7ii I've tried to copy your settings for a normal pic and the lowest the aperture will go is F4.5 and the screen is very dark. Is there something wrong with my camera?
Nope if it’s dark turn your iso up if you’re at 4.5 you should be seeing something
@@christianjmedia thank you so much
How to update 60p video settings my a7ii camera comes 50p how to update 60p
50p is your regions 60p
So whenever I do my shutter speed 1/50 with these settings on my Sony A7-II it’s way to bright or dark, I tried taking some videos yesterday and I could tell the sky was way to bright you couldn’t see the crispness of the clouds. Any advice for this?
When shooting outside it’s advised to use a ND filter cause the camera iso won’t go down low enough to get the clouds to not be over exposed, the 1/50 shutter is for the best and smoothest movement when recording so if you aren’t shooting any moving object that needs natural motion then you can change your shutter speed it’s just good practice to always have it set where it’ll be able to perform whether that be with movement or not. So I would suggest a variable ND so you can keep your setting right and expose right just by turning your ND ,hope this helped 💪🏾
@@christianjmedia Thanks! I’ll probably stick to more of just taking photos with it. What advice do you have for taking good night photography without a lot of noise? I’ve yet to figure this out and I’ve been trying everything. I’m going to be doing some photography for the upcoming high school football team where I live at but my lens is only 28-70 mm (not the fanciest) it’s the only lens I have. I’m trying to do the manual mode and adjust all my settings but I can’t quiet figure out how to take clear photos at night.
The higher the shutter speed the darker your image will be but if shooting sports you need that shutter to be higher so you can basically stop the action in motion, what I would do is look for f2.8 for the lens so it’ll let allot of light in, now if you don’t have f2.8 then your going to be looking at ISO but ISO is also where you can introduce grain if pulled to high, so it’s a dance between your shutter your F number and iso in your case I wouldn’t touch f number I would be changing iso and shutter constantly depending on the situation at hand.
it doesnt shoot 4k?
Nope no 4K on the A7II
"1 over 50"? US citizens and numbers...
Lmao the 1 is over the 50 right? 1/50 👀
@@christianjmedia, if even it's next to it. It's 1 50th.
bro, thank you for providing this important information, but I want to ask at night how to reduce noise recording conditions on night video displays
Less ISO and longer shutter
thanks you brother 😃@@christianjmedia
