You are allergic to gluten. Let me explain.
Most wheat is sprayed with Roundup (glyphosate) and this chemical is harmful to your gut bacteria.
When you eat wheat (other grains are also sprayed with Roundup) the glyphosate nukes your gut. So, you can't properly digest food. This is why you're so skinny, and don't feel well. You aren't absorbing the food you're eating.
I was the same way. Years ago I cut out 90% of the gluten from my diet, and I felt better. Last year I went on a high protein / keto diet. Monday - Friday. Saturday and Sunday I could have restaurant food. Amazing results. Health of my gut was full power. I was losing fat and adding muscle, with only minimal exercise.
Bottom line: It's not easy to do a real keto diet while traveling, but you can be gluten free. If you don't believe me, get a gluten allergy blood test. Get one that tests for 23 antibodies. And get a food allergy blood test. You're probably also allergic to dairy.
(When the pain gets bad enough, you'll try / pay anything to feel better. When you get that bad, remember my advice, and stop nuking your gut)

My sister had to learn the hard way. Her ex-husband was white. He turned out to be very abusive towards her. He was also very rude to my parents. My sister regretted marrying him. All her life she thought she’d have a better life marrying a white guy. The opposite happened. After the divorce, my sister began to embrace her Asian heritage.
