I wish you had provided the image so we could follow along with this video, beside this you are a genius, always a blast to watch you.
lastly what do you recommend on where to save blender setting programs location plugins etc if let's say. our PC crashed and we have to reinstall windows and blender but do not want to reinstall all these plugins all over again?
Generating AI images does get mega boring. It's always more rewarding and exciting when you do the work yourself as one is essentially developing a skill.

That is a an incredible compliment- wow. I actually felt I didnât do the workflow justice as Iâm currently quite poorly Iâm allergic to my own immune system. So some days struggle, filming this I wasnât doing too well. But reading this had made it worth while.

It's invisible, cannot find it. Why? Is it because am using the latest version of blender?
@@rebecavillanova7622 Hey, did you unzip it? You need to keep it as a .zip file and install it through blender.

This is such a game changer.. Been working with 3d for over a decade and truly know the time, hard work, love and passion required for a good scene. The amount of time a 3d artist can save with AI is just illegal

@@SwedishLatino There were artists before AI.. yes, it was good but industry doesnt always use blender, they are mostly using paid, maybe even under the radar stuff or specifically designed software for film a normal human doesnt have access to.
@@niefali no.. it's just projection mapping using an AI image (which could have been a photo, a drawing, or a 3d render)
Seeing the nonchallant callout to "Alternative paid product Maya $1785" made me rofl. But seriously...I've been seeing a huge increase in free C4D/Maya tutorials and training content. I'm assuming this is in response to Blender and it's community taking the world by storm in the past 5 years and making learning so accessible, and the knowledge sharing so freeing. I mean, the free training for C4D and Maya is great and all. But like, where were you guys when I was a struggling young artist without any resources? NOW you wanna democratize your learning? I always felt like an underprivileged outsider when it came to the more advanced software and the training I would've had to buy for them. So Blender, and channels like this, are just awesome. Those barriers of entry being broken down just creates a more creative world IMHO.

it was fun for Awhile but there is no money in it . The only thing you can use it for is making memes and social media post . We are spending too much money for feeding our egos . We want to tell stories so we can join the parallel economy . People want to make comic books and other kinds of Illustrated stroiers , and even animated movies , That's why AI companies need to get off their butts and give us consistant characters that look the same from head to toe .Plus allow us in import the charators that we designed out side of the AP . Now 3d is if it accepts 3d models stl files from outside the ap like Z-brush so you can add your own figures, not just something the AI created
I've been doing this using depth maps. I can't wait to try your method, I think the results will be even better. We are going to start seeing so many Ai created short films! Thankls for all your hardwork.

You're making really excellent tutorials. I know my way around Blender fairly well, but other tutorials can skip past little details way too quickly, and I like that you're showing keystrokes, highlighting things, and zooming in - it makes what you're doing so much easier to follow. And what you're doing is just excellent - this is an incredible way to string these tools together into a workflow, which is something else I don't see a lot on CZcams - most other channels just focus on a specific tool. I'm really glad I found your channel, please keep up the good work!

Another fantastic tutorial, you have inspired me to do something creative, if I was being super critical you do sometimes rush through a couple of bits of your tutorials which make it hard to follow for newbies. I probably learned more about blender in this video than I did watching videos on how to use blender. Love how you don't assume anything and show everything with out it bogging you down. Probably the only question I came out walking away from this video was, what about lighting the scene using the image? But I'm sure that something will be coming up and Iâll be looking forward to it.

Just discovered your channel, it's amazing!! Wondering tough if there is any way to get a game-ready character for Unreal, from consistent poses of an AI character? What I mean is without having to go through MetaHuman which will make the character real-looking...
I personally use Character Creator, it's quite pricey but depends on what budget you are working with. I think thats why alot of ppl go with metahumans as its free.
Interesting to see how many "old school" techniques that have been used in VFX for ages now are suddenly being surfaced by more people now with AI tools.

I left architecture, but these days have started dabbling with architectural renders using comfyUI and controlnet. I suspect am too late to learn blender đą

Have your mind blown in 3 easy steps: 1-Open Internet Browser 2- Go to CZcams 3- Find your latest video. Seriously tho, this is so cool! I need to start learning blender. Any way that setup could then be imported into AE somehow? (from blender)
If you came here because the change at 12:54 didn't show you adding material to the scene, change it to "Viewport shading" which will show up. (It's the 3rd ball in the upper right corner)

Nice video, I did this same thing a few weeks back but in reverse. This is basically the normal way of doing projection mapping, take an image and then map out a 3D scene to the image, there's nothing really new here only that the image is AI. However the real benefit of AI is that now you can take a 3D scene and generate an image based on the scene instead of the other way around and then use that as a projection map. This can't be done without AI.
Here's a link to the short demo I made, it's got problems that would need fixing but it was just a quick mock up using an old model to show the workflow. For this I created a basic scene with the car model and basic cubes and planes, rendered out a mist pass from Blender to use as a depth map and then used that depth map in SD to create an image. The results where then put back through img2img. You basically end up with an image that will project exactly back onto your scene.
