Then on your 2 year anniversary of starting your journey dont drink any water for a whole day, maybe 2. No water, no liquids, no foods. Then go to a McDonald's in idk Japan it looks like? And take off your shirt and flex hard, while twitching your chest muscles. If done correctly, you should be able to do this.
