  • In this video we look at a new product from AK Interactive. It's another reason to not have grey miniatures on the table! Come explore with me as I open them for the first time.

Seems like a really clever idea. Could really make hazard stripes easier I would think.

Great review, thank you. I've got a few (quite a lot!) FoW tanks to paint. They look excellent. I also love doing camouflage. Bank balance going to take a hit!

Hi, I'm Mike from Bristol UK 🇬🇧. I enjoyed your video as I just ordered a set of AK paint pens.
I now know what to expect.

Great review and ideas for usage. If you have the Real Color paints in the jar (either original glass or new fomula in plastic) it would be great to see a color comparison as nobody seems to be doing them.

@@fluxxNZ I told AK this, but their distribution in the US feels lacking. I’d love to do more as I feel they have a very strong historical range, but I have difficulty getting it at my FLGS. I hope that changes. 👍

Looks good for a direct application result.

Blimey it's like no one had ever made paint pens before innit !

Oh the graffiti idea is awesome. Looks like it works so well too.

Great timely review I was looking at these or items like these. Side note, what software did you use to create your intro and logo? Getting closer to some gaming content with my boys.

@@burroc5536 great! Years ago I used a site called Placeit I think to create an intro. It was $10 or something but I’ve used it ever since.

Oh man, I may need to get myself some of these for graffiti. And I bet it would be an easier way of doing hazard stripes too!

Yep! Totally missed hazard stripes! Definitely going to ask my local store if they can stock these.

You need to put your MGM logo on the Necromunda terrain. 😀

My real question is can they be blended easily? I do a lot of blending. Seems like not for how quick it dries. Might just be useful for bold highlights at larger scales.

@@stormycatmink from what I saw definitely not something I would use for blending.

@@MiniatureGameMontage I actually got some to experiment with Gundam models, because most of those have seperate parts for each color, so I was like 'Well, if I can't blend, I'm still good!', so we'll see! Also would be great for detail areas like cockpits, warning areas, or other spots of saturated, pure color on bigger models. I might try using two markers within a few seconds nd see if it works.

When will these be available ?

German tank crews applied the camo in the field, thus the exact pattern could be pretty much anything.
