    Hello Melissa, could you make a video about how developpe the leg, or just hold the leg (as during rond de jambes en l'air for example) please? I take the bad habits to use my quads for years so i never success to hold my leg high or even low without it weight heavy... thanks for yours videos there are instructive and clear ! I ordered this flexiband and want to do these exercises but for the leg forward or a la seconde I struggle to hold it 😅. Have a nice day!
