Yeah thanks man we really appreciate it. And I hope we bring in lots of business for dyno cams!! Thanks Brandon.
Hey @devinbryan9456
@jupiterjack2672 what's up man
I run Dyno cams on everything. Great stuff.
Agreed very good stiff
The torque convertor stock pully limits the rpm really far down, it stops you at about 5500rpm, thats why you buy a juggernaut.
Yeah that’s what I was thinking too. We had a juggernaut on it but we broke it at mini mayhem with carsandcameras. We’re getting a racing clutch for it soon to replace the torque converter
Juggernaut with tuner kit is also a option
Sounds good fellas. Get that driver switched out and you’ll notice a world of difference.
Yup we got a racing clutch on the way
What size valve springs were you running with the 310, and were u running ratio rockers in it?
the master link speech was wrong it goes the other way bc when you give it gas the chain with pull and it will pop of if it ever does
I mean like u can try it the other way good luck with that. You won’t make it far.
Have you ever changed the steering bearing if so can I use the bearings from a bicycle?
I have not. But you can actually use a headset from a scooter or bmx bike. The bearings should be the same size 👍
@@MiniMetalFab thank you bro 🤟🏽
Where can I get the disc brake wheel
@@67Dimebag either on gopowersports.com or Amazon
I gotta ask, what type of rim did you buy for the rear. I’m running into the same problem with my rear drum, the back drum heated up so bad it disintegrated it, I’ve been looking on omb, gopower and Amazon for a rear rim with fitment for chain and disc brake and can’t find one and the. literally came across your video and am needing the exact one you have, don’t mind making the alterations just need some help please 🙏🏻
We got this kit here for the lever and rotor and caliper a.co/d/jcL6dUS and then we just looked up 8" mini bike disc break rim and picked one we liked with a 4 bolt pattern
Gotcha, appreciate ya getting back to me, I did find a 8 rim that looks like the one you got, so imma try that. I have a coleman ct200u and a Baja heat minibike and I’m trying to figure out which I want to try and build on and buy the rim for, love those Baja body’s though so probably gonna go with that, also the bike looks badass man.
@@marylandmarini185 sweet glad I could help and yeah I love the Baja's too they're sweet. And good luck with the build and appreciate the support man!
how long have you been using the sunf tires? do they make much of a difference between the "stock" knobby tires? I guess it depends on application but I do just ride around town on the street.
We’ve had them for about a year now. And they make a huge difference so much more grip on and off road they a hybrid tire ment for on road and off road. I highly recommend them definitely worth the money
They roll so much smoother then Bobby tires on the street but still have enough of a tread to grip on gravel sand and dirt 👍. Honestly they were one of the best things we did to this bike
@@MiniMetalFab 94 and some change on Amazon for 2 of them. Definitely not bad at all, thank you!
Also, Amazon now has Affirm to buy now and pay later so that helps a ton too
@@BBgunzforlife that’s not bad. Sounds about what we paid for our. Glad I could help 👍
Do you have a parts lists with links?
I’m sorry I do not have one actually but all the parts I use I either get from Amazon. Ombwearhouse.com or gopowersports.com
Good stuff y’all. Where did you pick up that brake disk and hub? Link if possible
Thanks man and we got it off Amazon we searched hydraulic mini bike disc breaks
Hey fellas did yall use the stock size pushrods or are you using a smaller size
We use cut to length ones and we measure them for every build we do. Bc every engine needs a different size. Gopowersports sells a push rod measuring tool
@@MiniMetalFab thanks
Order a 14 tooth for your tc and get a red spring you will get 65 mph easily and change your rear gear to 60
Won’t rev because of your driver. And possibly your carb
21:22 You should take off the muffler.
Oh we did 👍
@@MiniMetalFab Yessss.
22:16 The Juggernaut will add more speed.
What tires r those?
Their tires by “sunf” I forget their exact name but their for 8” rims and their 18” tall and 9.5” wide on the back and the front is 19” tall and 7” wide on the front their like a hybrid tire for dirt and street. I highly recommend them amazing tires! You can pick them up on Amazon on off of sunf’s actual website
