Ah the last part was what I needed … so I did the same and have the same bike and breaks .. but where u hit the breaks I have to squeeze it fully to break and it’s not that hard when I do it .. I can still slide cuz it’s not so tight .. any advice

My brake pads falling off when I took out the plastic that comes in between the brake pads help?
When the rotor is installed it should be fine if not you might need to get a thicker rotor

You may need a thicker rotor! They sell thicker rotors for that issue or if it’s getting too hot a thicker one will dissipate heat better too
@@Guido19i had that same exact question i got the same rotor as you and big brake for the stretch but the pad just keeps falling out i ordered another one diff brand to see if it was just bad but its the same thing
@@ghostcutz5845 mine is good and mine don’t fall out but if it’s you need a aftermarket one that is thicker
@@ghostcutz5845 I found the issue I had to just get it aligned right and the little thing that’s holding the brakes in I pushed it in for the breaks won’t fall off
I'm trying to install this setup on my mm80 but the piston on the caliper will not retract and just keeps pushing on the rotor
You can push it back in with a screwdriver!

What size rear disc are you running? I want to get those stretch tabs with the GPS 10” wheels and they run a 8.6” disc.
Im running the standard 7.06in motovox rotor.
You could run a bigger rotor you will just have to make a custom mount for the brake cause the rotor is bigger
thx for the video and info - what hardware was needed like size of bolts etc?? im about to do this tab extension and brake install myself as well
I wish I could tell you but I don’t know the exact hardware. Also the holes on the tabs be be different from other ones so different sizes may be needed also there could be different threads on different brake setups as well.

What is the rear rim and tire?
It’s a 6in mag wheel from gopowersports and a 13in slick
Where did ur front rim come from or off of?
Got it in a trade!
