Manco dingo build |stage 3 predator 212| absolute ripper! (55+mph)
We rebuild a manco dingo for our friend Connor. He got it with no engine. Just the rolling chassis. He then got a brand new predator 212 and a bunch of go fast parts. (That I recommend for him to get).
We fully build the engine to stage 3 (aka cam, rockers, pushrods, billet rod, billet flywheel, valve springs, carb, exhaust, and we shave the head and port and polish it.
All the parts came from ombwarehouse.com and gopowersports.com
We then rebuild and fixed up things that needed fixing on the frame and attached the chain and torque converter and hooked up the throttle cable. Stay tuned to the end to see thing thing rip! It's so fast.

We traded our fully built custom mini quad for a dirtbike! Our first real 2 stroke. A ktm 85sx. Doesn't run and needs some maintenance. Can we get it to start? What will it take? @@DegoshReed thanks man I appreciate that. And I actually am a professional welder full time when I'm not building these. But if you get your welder set perfectly and u get your speed down with a little weaving u can bridge gaps with the welds 👍

How size drill bit do u use to drill the oil hole to
@@adamrensch8971 we use a 1/4" drill bit but u can go all the way up to 3/8
You need them champion rockers ;36 pound valve springs; flat valves;cut the stuff off the side of your cam
@@wooteddy31 yes there's always more u can do to these this is just what the owner asked for and what was in his budget
clutches suck IMO. Torque convertor gives you wheelies and you can rip huge hills in the woods!
hi it looks like it has low compresion
@@quilty5864 it actually has great compression for an 85. 2 strokes make less compression then 4 strokes do and 85s are such small engines that u could literally start it by hand if u want. It will still build to about 150-160psi on a compression tester they will run with 120psi and higher. Once you drop below that. They typically won't want to start and will be slow and boggy if it does.

Not a torque converter……a torque converter is a fluid coupling that’s used with an automatic transmission .
Yes technically that's correct. These are just called torque converters. But it's the same things snow Mobil's have on their engines

Seen a couple other CZcamsrs doing this, what app do you use for the speedometer and how do you get it to your display? Would love to record videos of me just riding for my self but having the speed on the screen would be really cool. Thanks
Get yourself a GoPro hero 10 or newer and download the GoPro Quik app once you film your video and upload it off the camera onto the app you can add stickers to the video and one is them is the speedometer that is tracked off the gps of the GoPro while it records! There are some videos on CZcams on exactly how to do it but that's the concept

Hey fellas did yall use the stock size pushrods or are you using a smaller size
We use cut to length ones and we measure them for every build we do. Bc every engine needs a different size. Gopowersports sells a push rod measuring tool

There are 5 technical stages but there are still mods people do past those 5 stages to make much more power!
