The anchor for Notre Dame pry almost crapped his pants after seeing their team was in the lead, but Vista right behind them. I feel him, I’ve been put in that position before you don’t want to lose for your team but it’s Norman😂💀

Wow! What a perfect race for 400m analysis. I've been preaching and practicing just the sort of start the anchors take up and I know from experience in my own high school days...Michael Norman is now in a position to take his 400m training to the international standard. It takes that first "all-out sprint" through at least the first 60-85m in the Quarter to really test your medal. Now he should train like that...Back to Back 400m. First one at top speed 0-100 with a taper and a much stronger kick around 340m. And the second at top stride 0-100 and then turning up the speed down the backstretch also aiming at a 60-85m kick. But I don't know...Stephen Gardiner just ran 44.25 in an opening race at last night's Grenada Invitational and looked VERY fast doing so. He's got to be at least 6'6''!!

They really did run well sucks that the jerk Rick Gonzalez had to announce it he honestly doesnt need to be commentating. I remember when bryshon nellum was with papa don get interviewed at the state meet in 07 and rick cared more about that medals than the hard work. Both nellum and his coach agreed that that hard work was the real glory but rick cared more about the medals and sounded like an ass honestly. He really shouldn't be commentating since he put athletes on the spot and embarrasses them

xcInvitationals It was. I believe 4 teams broke the previous meet record and a fifth team came to be within two seconds of it. Pretty crazy
