Ever since his last stalking video, Chris Dalton has faced calls from the CZcams comment army to give us a full guide to his gralloching technique, answering all your questions about the parts you struggle with. Here, we present that video - so if you want to know how to solve those carcase prep problems or find out why a suspended gralloch is the best option, watch on. Oh, and Chris finds time to put a buck on the ground too...

That was as good a 'how to' video instruction as I've seen. Thanks for this Chris and Peter .

Gday Chris, Gday Oscar. As usual extremely informative & well delivered. Great to see a professional doing his trade. Can't wait to see you do a video on pointer training. Oscar looks like his worth his weight in gold.
Once again, thank you for your time & effort.

Very Good, best yet - but cutting the rib cage was missed on film?

Hi Chris, great video, even though I've done many, it's always helpful and informative to see another. Please can you tell us what make of knife you're using and how you sharpen it? Many thanks

When I took my DSC 1, one of the questions was after shooting a deer concerned how to leave the gun safe. At that time if I remember correctly, it was required to unload then leave the gun grounded with the bolt closed. I have never been in any shooting environment where this was considered safe. I queried this and was told it was to prevent any foreign bodies entering the breach. Can anyone tell me if this is still the required answer on DSC1 to that particular question or is it expected to keep the bolt open as I have always practiced?

Very interesting and good report in the latest The Shooting Show.
It was interesting to see Chris Dalton how he took care of the deer and I will try next time.
I was very curious about his bag that was a clever solution if you want to hunt with light pack, as I often do when I hunt
What's the brand on this case and where can you buy such a bag?

I am looking at a bone saw to be used both on the chest and pelvic area on muntjac, roe and fallow. The saw I am looking at comes in two blade lengths. 7cm and 11cm. Can you advise which would be best for the above species? I am trying to keep my kit compact but don’t want to go for the smaller version if it’s not fit for purpose.
