I’m battling the “meno-muffin”- menopause belly fat. I am finding that much more walking/ strength work and more calorie dense-plant based food helps but it is still a challenge. The struggle is real!

I would love to see this with some flat shoes. I have a bad back and most of my shoes are support shoes. I do wear boots in the fall and winter that have support but I live in sneakers in the spring and summer. Due to meds that I need to take I've put on weight, but I still wear the skinny jeans or leggings with the slimming longer tops. Thanks so much for all you do to lift us up and guide us. You've been an answer to prayer during these past few months. ❤

Thanks for the inspiration. I am now 55 and in menopause and my body seems completely alien to me. In the past I could wear just about anything and it looks good on me and now I feel chunky and don't feel comfortable in anything. I will try some of these ideas. Wish me luck...
And the body that you have can look just as good or better than anyone else, it's about putting the right colors and styles together than emphasize or deemphasize, areas you don't want to draw attention to, try it, you'll be surprised😊
Monochromatic is definitely a bigger girls friend, any color works 👍 The sharp contrasting transition of two different colors coming together will visually widen this area on us. The jeans she modelled, both pairs, though very nice jeans, will not work, they need to be a solid color with no faded spots, these faded thighs/knees/fannies don't really look good on anyone, compared with a solid wash. If you find a great pair of jeans and you like the cut/fit, higher waist, higher back pockets, *low pockets gives us saggy fannies*, longer zipper line so our belly doesn't look like it's poured into a too small of a bag * pull on jeans or very cheap button/zip jeans are notorious for this "wearing our behind backwards" look. Regardless of range of blue color, they CAN be dyed. I personally dye all of my jeans as they all seem to come with these faded patches. To dye blue jeans.. 'dark wash', 2 bottles navy rit dye -or- for 'super dark wash', 2 navy's, 1 black, follow directions. Always wash jeans inside out, cold water. Don't dry jeans that have stretch, air fluff or hang dry, they'll keep they're shape. **Confidence wears beautifully on everyone👍 ***Remember, your friends love you no matter what you wear ♥️

Now my muscles that have Ben cut from top to bottom are atruggling to slim down my waist. One thing I e discovered is long jackets. They hide a miltidude of sins. They slim my waist and cover my bottom. I’d like you to put together a video for real women with real life problems. I’m a cool grandma, bell bottoms and slinky shirts. The seventies I can do, and I always get complimented.
