the thing for me is. im against locking pokemon behind a paywall period. i still need zarude for my dex. but i dont wanna give them the idea that im willing to pay for it. so i really hope its gonna come back..

I was lucky enough to get a 98% IV the first time around, so thankfully I'm set.
I got a 96%, but it wasn't until a few months ago when Mystic7 did a video about one off Pokémon that I even looked at it. I have now got it to level 41 and it is so helpful

Niantic selling tickets for practically everything is absurd, especially so that we can have a new Pokémon, or worse, to get one that we already had for free. Anyway... luckily, my old Zarude is pretty decent. Thanks for the video ❤

Congrats on your 96% Zarude! You got the same IVs I got on my Zarude 3 years ago. Since I got lucky enough with mine and I am nearly done powering it up to level 50, I’ll sit this one out. Not much incentive to pay so much for this ticket.

You could have only gotten one in the MSGs with the movie ticket. This ticket is a way for me to have one for Go and one for the MSGs.

there were a couple of ways to get it for the main games--signing up for the pokemon trainer club email stuff, for one. I know I got like 5 when it came out in the MSGs.

It was 7,99 in the US but here in Finland it was 9,99 euros = like 11 dollars. I have already 91iv Zarude so I'm not gonna waste money for that.

I really wanted better IV Zarude, but 10 € is just way too expensive for Pokemon that has already been available. Especially since item rewards are mediocre. With that price, I would've expexted Elite tms or something like that.

I hate the paying for the pikedex entry. I refuse to do it. I don’t mind spending money on the game, but this feels scummy.

For me, I have the one free Zarude already and I’ve never used it, I use Kartana, Venusaur, Sceptile and Torterra instead and like you said, I’d much rather hunt shiny Kartana. I’ll wait to get another Zarude for when his shiny is available
People keep forgetting the with the ticket, you get boosted spawns of things like the pans, zoruas, cutieflys with incense. If I can get a shiny of something I still need off the incense spawns, on top of the Zarude, I might consider the ticket worth it.

It’s kinda hard to determine what is worth something to different people.. it’s worth it to some people and it’s not for others.. if you feel like niantic is taking advantage of you and trying to get money out of you for something that they shouldn’t then that’s your perspective of it.. but other people want to spend the money so you have to make up your mind yourself with all the available information so good video shows what to expect out of it

I refuse to pay for pokemon and paying for a ticket that requires you to pay for incense to receive the tickets benefits is terrible
I don't think there's a step that requires using an incense 🤔 it's easier to use one obviously as more Pokémon spawn but that's about it.

Hi bro...I gotta question for you, yesterday I raided a Groudon online ( I won't mention which app ) the reason for this there's barely any player willing to join a group ( not in my area anyways ) so my question is..out of 14 gym I joined in raiding I only got 6 .. 6 !!!!
After I got those 6 the rest just kept running away and i been using my golden berries but still...so what is up with that, was it Niantic controlling it or the apps ? I spent alot of money for this game only to get 6, no hundo but 2 shiny. And I saw this guy on youtube got atleast 16 😮.
Maybe anyone will be kind enough to tell me what's up with this !

Yeah, I have a 15-10-10 Zarude. I'd be more likely to buy the research if I had a good one to power up, but I'm not going to pay eight bucks just to wind up with two crappy ones.

I didn’t think of the research relative to raiding Kartana. After assessing it from that perspective, it definitely devalues the research for me. Thanks for saving me $8!
Zarude is a Master League beast. Also, Grass-type attackers aren’t that useful in the first place. This isn’t a consideration that should sway you one way or another.
So.....what was the secret to handle low IV exclusive pokemon? It's like he was going to tell us in this video but now we have to wait? Is his fix just a guaranteed lucky mirror trade?

Lucky! My first Zarude was 10/12/15 so I bit the bullet and bought the ticket and got a 12/12/12. Sigh. Still, that's par for the course for me and mythicals, but somehow I'm always disappointed.

I only bought the ticket for the increased elemental monkey spawns, still need those shinies. The event incense is actually decent. Dont really care about Zarude, it will be bad anyway :D
It is not worth it in Canada. This 1 pokemon will cost 12.64. It's simply too rich for my blood
