@@Cat-dv7tn its worth what the transmission is worth, and the top end of the engine, and what you could get for the frame and forks. Offer that.

I’ve been kicking around the idea of doing something like this with my old ‘75 Ironhead and the trans is wasted! But wondering is that a sprocket ⚙️ kit you ordered for the engine crank sprocket and primary belt?!? If so from where? Also how did you make the rear engine mount after you cut the trans off? Thanks!
The open primary kit and the motor mounts are available through Shortsters. They have a instagram and a website.

What engine is it because it’s got iron head rockers but it’s got a separate gear box and open primary like a shovel 🤷♂️
It’s a divorced ironhead we cut the transmission off.

21” Spool Hub Front 16”x3” Rear.
You use an aftermarket frame or a conversion kit
It’s a Santee Frame they were bought out in the early 2000’s by custom chrome.
