She and I would hook up in the 80s and after our 20 year class reunion in which I brought her, we got married four years later in 1999. We divorced but are still friends and still talk and date from time to time. This song will always seal our love for each other.

It's wierd that back in the day MGM records half presented and promoted the sylvers but hold on to their Masters like its a pot of Gold ... Thats because it is a GOLDMIND. That music was some of the most underated music in R&B music history.... Thanks to Hip hop producers and Artist such as Kenny lamar, TI, 50 cent and others they are finally getting some shine after damn near 40 years!

In one of the interviews Leon did earlier this year, he said that he owns the publishing to all of his records that he wrote for the Sylvers but he doesnt own the masters. I think MGM stills own them. That is the reason why the first 3 albums, which is now in high demand, isnt in CD form.

I think the song starts first with Ricky as lead vocal. Secondly, Edmund with his high range and third Leon. Their voices blends so well together sometimes its hard to differentiate who is actually singing what verse.
CZcams is beautiful. It allows the younger people to see that we were not just blowing smoke about real music. Everyone can tell real music from the fakes. Age doesn't matter. The record companies have dumbed down the ears of America.
