@@johnr5252 I actually just saw several reports saying they objected BEFORE her testimony, asking that specific details about sex acts (including genitalia FFS) not be part of the testimony, as too prejudicial. WAY too much detail (humiliating detail...) about that evening came out. Melania must have laughed, been pissed, laughed...then counted her money....

This all makes me glad to be Australian, and equally as glad to have the electoral system that we have: compulsory voting with preferential voting (it is much harder to suppress the voting rights of part of the electorate with compulsory voting), and I am thankful for the Australian Electoral Commission, a statutory authority that runs the federal elections. This means we have the same system in all states, in all electorates.
I wish we could change it in the U.S. our system doesn’t work.

What political pundits don't understand is that people change over time. They get more and more savvy. You can't play the same record over and over again. Eventually, trump's own voters will get sick of him. It will not come by them seeing policy they disagree with--it will come when they get sick of looking at his stoopid face. Hello All, I just volunteered to be an election clerk in my Arizona county and have been assigned a job for the upcoming primary in Arizona. I'm an ol' lady, but I figure I can do something to further the efforts to get a clean election and encourage voters. Vote Blue up and down the line!
