- Morcon is a popular Filipino dish commonly served on holidays and special occasions. Like its European counterpart, this Filipino-style roulade consists of a slice of beef rolled around choice fillings such as cheese, eggs, carrots, pickles, bacon and sausages, and then cooked by braising method.
Beef Morcon Ingredients:
2 1/2kilos. Beef, Pige ng baka
1cup. Lemon Juice
1cup. Soy Sauce
1/4kilos. Pork Fat
1/4kilos. Pork Liver
1head. Garlic
4pcs. Red Onion
2pcs. Red Bell Pepper
1box. Cheese
2pcs. Longganisang Macau
2pcs. Pickles
2pcs. Beef Cubes
5pcs. Boiled Egg
halfbox. Butter
5pcs. Hotdog
400grams. Tomato Sauce
200grams. banana Ketchup
4pcs. Bay Leaves (Laurel)
1tbsp. Whole black pepper
90grams. Tomato Paste
3tbsp. Fish Sauce
Water (Should be equal to the level of the beef)

Ito ang totoong recipe ng morcon. walang tatalo sa lasa nito. Mas masarap instead na hard boil;ed egg ay salted egg. Kung walang chorizo pwedeng alternative ang philips sausage

Authentic morcon uses chorizo BILBAO, not MACAO. Bilbao is a sausage from Spain, where morcon originated from, they don't use Macao, as this is from China. Authentic morcon also doesn't have hotdogs. The one shown in the video looks great, as it is a Filipino version, but it's far from Authentic.
correct..my abuelas used Chorizo de Bilbao.. + olives. & no hotdogs either

hello and good day ms jo. yes po pwede naman. kung pressure cooker po tutubigan nyo po ng pantay sa morcon depende po kung ilang piraso po ang nagawa ninyo bago po ilock ang takip ng pressure cooker. high heat po sa una kapag po sumipol saka lng po imedium heat. then pag naka 20minutes na po check nyo po sya baka po kasi manikit. then add lng po ng tubig pag matigas pa. 🥰 thanks for asking po really appreciate it. also dont forget to check our recent uploads for more delicious recipes. ask klang san nabibili yung pantali sa,morcon
sinulid po pero thread #20 po ang gagamitin para makapal, hindi lng po basta yung sinulid lng. make sure lng po na double or triple po yung pang tali and mahigpit para po hindi lumabas ang palaman once kumukulo na po. :)

To claim this is the old way, definitely corrupts the mind of the viewers.
The Vlogger has no idea of stuffing. As mentioned before, Chorizo de Bilbao is used. Macao will greatly alter tgr taste. Another blunder are the Bell Peppers! They easily change the taste. Over all, THIS IS NEITHER CLASSIC OR REAL MORCON.
