- Hi beans! Thanks so much for clicking on this video and over all, just being here. I just got back from visiting home for ten days and today was my first day back in my empty apartment, so in this video there are lots of tears shed because of it.
For the past few months, life has challenged me to the point of insanity; Displaying all the cracks that need filling within my mind, heart, and soul before ever being the best version of myself. This video is to not only help me process my emotions and thoughts, but it's also a resource for individuals who may be feeling alone during dramatic shifts in their life. I hope you know that you are truly never alone and that with the right mindset, resources, and support system you too will overcome any obstacle.
