@@ArgoSocialHello Sir.Hopefully, you are doing well.Yesterday,I had my f-1 visa interview.Unfortunately the VO rejected me for the visa .He just asked me 3 questions. As I have mentioned in DS-160 myself a current student in BRAC University. He asked me how long you have been studying at BRAC ? I told him that I am studying currently my 4th semester in BRAC University. Then he asked me what does your father do ? I told him that my father is a buisness man .He owns a restaurant named x in Saudi Arabia since 2009 .Then he asked what does your mother do ? I told him that she has an Agro farm named x .There has around x cows & y goats in our agro firm. Then he rejected me .What’s the reason behind that sir ? Would you please explain that ?I will be grateful if you explain my question.

I got an admit for fall 2023. I'm preparing for my visa process now.
My brother stayed in the US from 2014-2020.In 2017, he gave my family(father, mother, and me) an invite/sponsored for a B1/B2 visa. He was kind of our sponsor. It got rejected for unknown reasons.
The main issue: In 2020 January, he got arrested for public nuisance. He got released 2 days later. He came back to India 2 weeks later for some other reasons. The lawyer got the case dismissed or closed something like that saying on the lines that he won't be repeating it.
Now, because they know that he is my brother from my earlier B1 visa rejection and when they look into him, they will find this incident.
Will this affect my F1 visa ?If yes,how badly?
