Devils advocate on the 1st video here. There is no video footage for evidence and essentially the testimony of a child. That's not gonna be very strong in court. The guy had a story that could mesh with the kid's story. If he's a creep, sure, nobody wants him roaming the streets. But you are innocent until proven guilty. There are plenty of funny videos on CZcams shorts where a random ass kid wanders into a bathroom, crawl into a stall that's occupied, then leaves through the stall door leaving the guy just sitting there trying to take a shit with the stall door wide open. So, the story has a level of believability. But he does seem suspicious. But if that's not his 1st rodeo, repeat offenses on that kind of shit is really high.
Well you also gotta think about the other things.. all the testimony’s that happened and it wasn’t his first time, so he lied about the movie theater fight
