If it was me and i was that lady then I would tell the boyfriend that you're getting arrested because you're the dummy who did that. You got yourself arrested because you're the one acting like a stupid person in the parking lot behaving the way you did. Then I would say and now I get to go home by myself with all these groceries without you. Anyways he was a big dummy and so is she because she could have gone home with her groceries by herself but instead those groceries get to go to the tow lot and spoil while they both get to go to jail.
The second arrest was some bs kinda, they were being hella excessive. I’ve seen ppl do shit like that and get pulled over an no guns drawn on em or anything, just a stern talking too and the normal punishment
