00:52 - The bridge over Þjórsá river. Þjórsárbrú was built in 2003.
01:23 - We now follow the edge of Þjórsárhraun lava field to the waterfall.
09:50 - A raven.
16:10 - Parking space for Urriðafoss waterfall.
17:40 - That's Urriðafoss, Iceland's most voluminous waterfall.
20:06 - The first paragraph on the sign reads: Iceland's most voluminous waterfall. More water flows over the Urriðafoss falls in the Þjórsá river than any other Icelandic waterfall. The Þjórsá, Iceland's longest river, flows about
230km from source to sea, with a catchment area of 7670 square kilometers. Most of the water in the river originates in the Hofsjökull, Vatnajökull and Tungnafellsjökull glaciers. The river flows here along the
eastern edge of the Þjórsárhraun lava field, on of the biggest lava flows on earth from a single eruption since the Ice Age.
