That should be closer to the 1st things to check. No way am I changing out the whole midi keyboard before I’ve done so many other checks. The order of the flowchart is a little off in my opinion.

The MIDI controller would only get swapped out if I've confirmed that it isn't turning on. Once I've ensured that the MIDI controller is working I move on to the next step.

I’d almost do your flowchart from bottom to top. I feel top to bottom is kind of backwards for troubleshooting it

Interesting viewpoint! This flowchart follows my usual strategy when trying to figure out why there is no sound coming out of MainStage. I like to start from the input(the MIDI controller) and work my way down to the output of MainStage.
Do you typically start from the output of MainStage and work towards the input?
