First you have to defeat six grunts and Gather mysterious components. Combine them to form a rocket radar. Get 18 mysterious components and combine them to get 3 rocket radar. And if you have a special research or timeless travels research related to team ho rocket you have to use them and defeat go rocket leaders. Once you complete 3/5 you get super rocket radar and then you can defeat rocket boss Giovanni. This is the complete process😊
