Got some from Etsy and stuck them in cactus container soil, put them outside..They all made it!

I made 50 cuttings and gave them tap water in mason jars since October. They never grew any bigger and they never died either. I dropped some in soil this spring and some in a kratky method container. The kratky grows 5 times faster than soil.

I wonder if it is the tap water that is the issue, IF it is treated city water.

@@2MorMor I was surprised with the heartiness of the plant for having such few nutrients. Most other plants would have been long dead.
